Quinta da Côrte

The views, guests, staff, location, amenities, and experience was absolutely wonderful for anyone looking for a relaxing reprieve from the city exploration of Portugal. My husband has a pretty restrictive diet and the staff was beyond accommodating with his needs, which can be a challenge when traveling and we appreciated the extra thoughtfulness.

It can be a little challenging to get to depending on how you arrive, but the staff do an amazing job of arranging transportation during your stay.

We absolutely loved the quaint and intimate feeling of Quinta da Côrte. The property was so peaceful, warm, and welcoming. One of our favorite parts was having dinner with the other guests. Even though we were all strangers at first, it didn’t feel that way at all. It felt more like a small family gathering, where everyone shared stories and experiences from their travels. It made our stay feel incredibly special and personal, and it is something we will always remember. I recommend the wine tasting with the tour!

The cold pool water 😉 We would have appreciated a breakfast menu, or perhaps a WhatsApp message letting us know that eggs were available to order. We didn’t realize this until our last day, when we saw another guest having them for breakfast.

The views, the pool, the friendly staff, the design of the rooms and the house, the walking trails on the property.

Winery was great, really a beautiful, interesting and fascinating information. Eduardo was a great wine guru.

The #1 room was very noisy. It needed a full length mirror, lighting in bathroom was very poor for makeup purposes. Sheets in my opinion were rough, bed uncomfortable.
