We only got one set of keys which was a bit inconvenient for a family group. The pool only opened at 11am, would have been nicer if it was open earlier but this is a site wide regulation

Aircon on pay meter! Where's that in the fine print?

Reasonably spacious for 4. Proximity to beaches and main costa cities. Large TV Pool and gardens well kept Nice outside terraces

Let down by.....Aircon is included on booking.com description but its on a pay meter at kwh rate 6 times [305 euro cents per kwh] the national average! One thing is to break trade descriptions, it's quite another to make money out of aircon ontop of high rental price. Sofas smelly, very dated with anoying throws and uncomfortable, and beds very hot memory foam making sleep problematic. And also my 7 year old daughter felt out of bed as the side edges of the foam matresses collapse to nothing making a steep slope! I also fell out more than once. Generally quiye noisy from neighbors, with little consideration slamming doors at 3.30am, but one day there was building work all day! Bathroom tiling grout missing in places on floor and therefore not hygenic. Very dated decor. Front door opening not possible without key from day one. This is not to safety code in many EU countries. Fridge door handle area very sticky and impossible to clean. Oh and very noisy petrol Strimmer from 8am till 10am on Wednesdays. All fixable but not for our holiday unfortunately.

Pool closed which we knew it may be but were hoping, We used the pool at the belmont hotel down the road after asking at reception which was handy. For future tenants good supermartket 5 mins away out the top gate and turn right at busy main rd, Friday Market well worth a visit
