Nothing wasn’t even property we view online this is big scam I’d stay well away like building site also owner hides behind his phone asked him to come sort internet wouldn’t kept sending me password that wasn’t even his WiFi still didn’t work there no contact number so all goes threw msg have to wait around for lazy guy to relply half soaked

Was nothing to like was on building site lift where broken all sort hanging of walls mean tv not even put up straight make out there 2 double beds when it only double small fold out chair that only sleeps one person has to be child else you be hanging of it also it on 5 th floor

No era feo, lo que menos me gustó fue que al pasarnos de las 20:00 porque íbamos de viaje los códigos caducaron y tuve que pagar 25€ más cuando la estancia valía 54€ que por eso la cogí. Nada mas llegar las toallas estaban dentro de la lavadora mojadas. Y era una bajo que ya no hablar de la humedad que habia y sin poder abrir las ventanas porque te venían desde la calle

No recomiendo a nadie. Son estafadores y ladrones

Este alojamiento no tiene nada que ver con las fotos publicadas. Era un sótano que apestaba a suciedad y tabaco. La máquina de café y la campana no funcionaba. La cama era súper incómoda y ruidosa al sentarse o acostarse. La tapa del bater te pegaba en la espalda al sentarse. En la cocina no había esponja, ni jabón para los platos. La encimera muy sucia y quemada. La cortina con manchas oscuras. El aparato de aire acondicionado negro y sucio y al encender salió suciedad y polvo. No hay nada que me gusta.

Hecho la reserva para dos noches y he pagado 100€. Luego me dijeron que si no pago una fianza de 100€ noches me darán información de la dirección exacta y el número de apartamento para recibir la llave. Estaba buscando por toda la calle preguntando cada edificio si tenía la reserva allí. Esta fianza se paga fuera de Booking. Además no se podía anular la reserva porque se pierden los 100€. En total tenía que pagar 200€ para esta cloaca. La propietaria es una estafadora y ladrona. Booking la tiene que sancionar. Luego he leído las quejas de muchas personas que se han alojado. Todo era sucio y asqueroso. El portero del edificio me ha comentado que se quejan toda la gente de los apartamentos de esta señora que tiene inmobiliaria y está robando y estafando a todos: enseñando fotos bonitas que no tienen nada que ver con la realidad.

Не было того что могло понравится прокуренный вонючий стояли какие то банки с краской ,не убранный номер ,постельного белья не было ,лежали какие то грязные одеяла которые очень воняли мочой что там делали не понятно в таком номере жить не возможно поэтому фотографии не соответствуют действительности и сколько я не писал на фэйсбук о возврате средств никто мне так и не ответил мы приехали с детьми в 4 часа утра пробыли там до утра и арендовали другие апартаменты

Het onthaal was bijzonder onvriendelijk. Bij het uitchecken moest ik zelfs een boete betalen omdat ik zogezegd een uur te laat was, wat ik erg overdreven vind. Het personeel aan de receptie kwam nors en onbehulpzaam over. De kamer was eveneens een grote teleurstelling. Er werd niet gedweild of gepoetst, de lakens werden gewoon hergebruikt en de kamer rook onaangenaam. Voor een hotel in deze prijsklasse is dit totaal onaanvaardbaar. Ook in het restaurant heerste er chaos: er was geen duidelijke structuur en de service verliep erg rommelig. Het hotel zelf is groot, wat op zich begrijpelijk maakt dat het moeilijker is om alles goed te organiseren. Maar voor de prijs die ik betaalde – 500 euro per dag – verwacht je een totaal andere ervaring en een veel hogere kwaliteit. Helaas was de service ondermaats en voelde ik me allesbehalve welkom. Kortom: ik ben erg ontevreden, dit hotel is voor mij zeker geen aanrader. Ik zal hier nooit meer terugkeren

Era muy pequeño con mucha humedad, no lo recomiendo. Encima tenía muchos insectos y cucarachas, todo el momento olía a húmedo ya que se habían olvidado las sábanas lavadas y por el moh, la campana no funcionaba por si sola, dicen que está equipada la cocina pero nada que ver tiene 4 cosas, la cama suena mucho cuando t sientas o acuestas, muy mal todo Y ENCIMA SE QUEDAN CON LA GARANTIA QUE ES LO PEOR

J ai attendue 3h pour qu il m'ont donné le bon code car le code qui ma donné incorrecte et quand j'ai reçu le bon la surprise que pas de clé dans le coffre après il m'ont changé le habitation le pire qu elle trop petite pour 4 perssones la preuve y que deux de chaque 2 tasses 2 cuillères 2 assiettes exct... même pas une brosse wc l humidité partout et quand j appelle la personne concernée y un message vocal me disait voir tes mails voilà la souffrance je vous conseille de réfléchir avant de réserver chez ces arnaques.

Lo único bueno la piscina.

No me gustó nada las fotos no tienen nada que ver con la realidad, había humedades, falta de limpieza por todos lados, sábanas húmedas en la cama puestas, otras en la lavadora metidas, toallas éramos cuatro personas y solo dejaron para dos, la alcachofa de la ducha salía agua por todos lados, y eso de a 700 metros la playa mentira 20 minutos andando mínimo. Nos encontramos bichos y cucarachas por las paredes....vamos horroroso no volvería a repetir en ese sitio nunca.

El edificio en obras, el apartamento sucio por todo lado que miraras, las sabanas sucias, sabanas metidas en la secadora del antiguo hupedes.Ni unas simples pinzas para tender las toalla de la piscina. Yo no necesitaba hacer de comer porque fuimos por un fin de semana y comimos afuera , pero si quisiera no hay de nada ,ni vasos .. La cama súper dura Y la piscina el agua súper caliente. Yo me lleve mi sabanas y toalla de ducha aconsejo que se lo lleveis

Las sábanas estaban sucias , no había toallas secas( estaban secándose en una reja sucia) ,en el balcón estaban las sábanas secándose unas sobre otras y manchadas de tierra de propio balcón. Estaba todo sucio o mal lavado, de los muebles de cocina salía un olor desagradable, y lo peor de todo es que el colchón tenia chinches ademas de verlas ,encontramos pequeñas manchas de sangre en las sábanas ( además de bolas de pelos) . Para colmo te piden una fianza de 100 euros como si te alojaran en un hotel 5 estrellas..

El portero del edificio, que no tiene que ver con los arrendadores, ha sido muy compresivo y simpático con la situación del retiro de las llaves.

Alquiler NO recomendado. Si lo hacéis para ahorraros dinero lo ganareis en incomodidad. El código del retiro de las llaves enviado media hora después de la hora del check in, este resultó ser incorrecto y hemos esperado dos horas para que finalmente nos indiquen el código correcto. La comunicación directa con el arrendador no existe, todo vía email. Departamento con olor a sumidero, alcachofa de la ducha rota y televisión sin funcionar. Eramos tres personas y solamente nos dieron sábanas para la cama matrimonial, nada para el sofá cama. La cama matrimonial vasta y dura, no se descansa bien. Tardaron 15 días en la devolución de la fianza porque lo hemos reclamado.

Ubicación

El alojamiento estaba sucio, los cubiertos, la esponja de los platos con pelos, aparte de que la cama era incómoda porque sonaba constantemente cuando te movías a la hora de dormir. La comunicación fatal ya que, tuve que dejar mil mensajes para que me contestaran siempre sobre la ubicación del alojamiento. También tuve que especificar en algún mensaje que una tarjeta que decían que habían dejado para tener acceso a piscina y demás no estaba en la ubicación que decían (porque si no te quitan la fianza de 100€ en caso de pérdida) y directamente no contestaban al mensaje. Después de preguntarle otras cosas, contestan pero específicamente el que implica la fianza ninguna respuesta (la tarjeta de acceso a piscina, etc). Espero que me devuelvan la fianza ya que nunca hubo ninguna tarjeta en el alojamiento.

❗DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. They are THIEVES. They make you pay a 100 EUR deposit which they later refuse to refund. The apartment is dirty and in terrible condition. They tell you the money will be refunded after 2 weeks, and then they accuse you of stealing something from the apartment. Even if you pay more somewhere else, do not rent this property. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. Out of the 100 euros I paid, they only refunded 40, claiming I stole their towels – which is absolutely ridiculous. We only stayed a few hours, and the towels were so dirty we couldn’t even use them. Disgusting experience. Stay away. ❗NO RECOMIENDO ESTA PROPIEDAD. Son unos LADRONES. Te obligan a dejar un depósito de 100 euros que luego no te devuelven. El apartamento está sucio y en muy mal estado. Te dicen que te devuelven el dinero después de 2 semanas y luego te acusan de haber robado algo del apartamento. Aunque tengas que pagar más en otro sitio, NO alquiles esta propiedad. SON UNOS ESTAFADORES. De los 100 euros que pagué, solo me devolvieron 40, diciendo que robé unas toallas – algo completamente falso. Solo estuvimos unas horas y las toallas estaban tan sucias que ni las usamos. Una experiencia horrible. Aléjate de este lugar. Locația cât de cât dar din păcate nu e foarte întreținută. Televizorul era aproape tras din perete. A uitat să lase lenjerie pentru a treia persoană. Sincer nu recomand. Sunt foarte multe spații de închiriat în zona cu condiții mult mai bune. Proprietarul atâta mi-a răspuns să îmi spună parola de WiFI. Pozele nu corespund cu realitatea.

❗THEY ARE THIEVES! The location is not even good – the whole building is under renovation, there’s a lot of noise, and they charge you extra. For 60 euros, you can easily find much better places. This one is filthy, and they demand a 100 euro deposit that they will never refund. They make up lies saying you damaged or stole something. But seriously – what could you possibly steal from such a dirty apartment? God help us! Out of the 100 euro deposit, they kept 60 euros, accusing me of stealing their old, disgusting towels – towels so dirty I couldn’t even use them! They also forgot to provide bedding for the third person, even though it was part of the reservation. I left the place cleaner than I found it, and yet I still got robbed. Unbelievable! ❗¡SON UNOS LADRONES! La ubicación ni siquiera es buena – todo el edificio está en obras, hay mucho ruido y además te cobran de más. Por 60 euros puedes encontrar lugares mucho mejores. Este apartamento está lleno de suciedad, y además te piden un depósito de 100 euros que no te devuelven. Inventan que has roto o robado algo. ¿Pero qué se puede robar de un apartamento tan sucio? ¡Que Dios nos proteja! De los 100 euros del depósito, se quedaron con 60 euros, diciendo que me llevé sus toallas viejas y sucias – ¡toallas que ni siquiera pude usar de lo asquerosas que estaban! También olvidaron poner ropa de cama para la tercera persona, aunque esta Partea cea mai urâtă e ca mi s-a cerut să fac un depozit de 100 de EURO pentru a mi se confirma rezervarea, Ei luând banii imediat din momentul în care am rezervat-o. Am plătit și acei 100 de euro. Partea nasoală este că nici astăzi nu am primit banii înapoi. Mi-a răspuns proprietarul că îi voi primii după 14 zile din momentul plecării. Au trecut din păcate mai mult de 14 zile.. noi am lăsat totul impecabil. Am făcut poze la sosire pentru a nu mi se inventa ceva. Aștept să primesc cei 100 de euro înapoi, altfel mă văd nevoită să îi reclam la protecția consumatorului și poliție.

كان الاوتيل سيئ جدا الخدمة سيئة النظافة سيئة جدا يوجد كثير من الصراصير. الأثاث وسخ و قديم جدا. لم نستطيع البقاء سوى ليلة واحدة و أيضا لم نستطيع النوم و ذلك من الصراصير الموجودة لا انصح احد في الحجز بهذا الفندق سوف تخسر اموالك و لن تستطيع استردادها.
