Great location, good facility

Excellent location with multiple bus options within a few minutes walk, five minutes from the beach and great sea views from one side of the balcony. A big supermarket just across the road too. Considering how busy it was around the area it was relatively quiet during the day and peaceful at night. Tea/coffee basket was a nice touch for our late arrival. The inside of the apartment is spacious and bright with plenty of room and lots of wardrobe space. Lovely to have a bath too. Secure parking was a bonus

The pictures didn't show the other side of the balcony that was a high wall, it was fine but would have preferred honest pics showing the whole balcony. The apartment was very sparse in some aspects for a longer stay...no books, no sun umbrella for the beach or shopping bags as we often find in other apartments and no pegs for hanging washing (some larger glasses for soft drinks and beers would have been nice but that's being picky!) We would have preferred sun loungers rather than another table and chairs outside when there is already a table for four inside, but again perhaps just personal preference.

El apartamento no está habilitado para cuatro personas,más bien para una pareja,el sofá cama no es un sofá cama tenía hierros atravesados y en reposapiés q se abría y eso hacía de cama por así llamarlo,la nevera era muy pequeña no para tener una estancia de una semana congelador solo cabía una bolsa de hielo y en la nevera cuatro cosas,no había horno no estaba bien equipada y tb había cucarachas q fue lo peor de todo,tuvimos que tirar la primera y ultima cena que se hizo porque andaban por la mesa y el suelo acabo todo en la basura,el aire no salía frío como debería de salir,la cisterna de baño aveces iba otras no,la tapicería d las sillas que había dentro estaba muy sucias y las del patio ya no te cuento.. solo merecía la pena la piscina,era un residencial pequeño de vecinos de toda la vida y no le hacía mucha gracia que el apartamento estuviera alquilado...la limpiadora Inma que tuvo q ir al apartamento por quejas nuestras a la empresa.. una excelente persona,muy amable,humilde adjunto imágenes d una d las sillas del patio q era la q mejor estaba y la cena toda tirada en el suelo d cuando vimos alas cucarachas,ellos ya sabían q habían porq había un spray pero claro eso N te lo van a decir y yo tuve q comprar productos para disenfectar para q la estancia fuera algo mejor por así decirlo

stan techniczny urządzeń wyposażenia: nie domykające się drzwi do łazienki, zepsute drzwi od szafy, spadający materac z łóżka, słabo wyposażony balkon, stare i brudne meble balkonowe, pobite doniczki, brak poduszek na krzesła balkonowe, fatalna lokalizacje obiektu, wszędzie trzeba było dojechać samochodem lub autobusem, przez tydzień pobytu mieliśmy towarzystwo robotników, o czym trzeba było uprzedzić, przyjechaliśmy na dwa tygodnie wypoczynku.

Super entspannter Urlaub

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Die Schlüsselübergabe war sehr unkompliziert.Die FeWo war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Sehr praktisch war der tolle Supermarkt direkt vor der Tür. Die Erstattung der Kaution hat nicht mal einen Tag gedauert. Für uns war die Lage etwas zu abseits in einem reinen Wohngebiet. Aber dafür kann die Wohnung nichts 😊

Wir haben eine ganz normale Kaffeemaschine vermisst. Das Bett war uns zu schmal. Ansonsten gibt es Nichts zu bemängeln.
