In the booking page the property looks nice , in the reality is different.

I like property how it is looking in the photos. The small village I liked.

there was no possibility to use the pool, the apartment is worn out, half broken, noisy air conditioner, small cockroaches walk around the apartment at night. last year's reviews are true. the owner of the apartment is not on site, another person is let in, the cleaners do not particularly try to clean. Even at the beginning when they started renting the apartment, it was not so worn out.

It's set in a beautiful area, because you're out of the town, up in the hills. The peace and quiet is a welcome respite from the hub-bub of the towns. The apartment was well appointed and very clean.

Not much, really. Could have done with a kettle! A little caveat; if you stay you'll really need to hire a car. You can use the public transport, but it is inconvenient: no doubt about it.

Nos ha encantado la ubicación y lo bonito que era el alojamiento. Super limpio y con todas las facilidades para pasar unas vacaciones sin preocupaciones. Nos han atendido muy amablemente y siempre predispuestos a ayudar en todo lo necesario. Lo recomiendo y volveremos en verano sin dudas para asi poder aprovechar de la piscina con vistas a toda Benalmadena.

Me ha encantado la localización del apartamento, en una zona de las mejores de Benalmádena, super tranquila y con acceso a todos los servicios muy cercanos. El apartamento contaba con todo lo necesario y más aún. El anfitrion nos ha tratado super bien en todo momento y ha sido muy atento.

El apartamento está en una zona bien comunicado de la autovia en coche. La urbanización es cerrada y muy tranquila

El apartamento necesitaba una limpieza muy importante, unas cuantas manos de mantenimiento y una gran dosis de sinceridad por parte del propietario. Lavadora rota, cierto que la cambio estando nosotros pero porque me ofreci a recibirla después del mosqueo inicial, sofá cama que estaba destrozado, las sillas eran potros de tortura, cuidado con las hormigas, segun sacas comida aparecen por todas partes. Se supone que tiene balcón en el cual no cabe ni una silla, aire acondionado no tiene, tiene un aparato pingüino mas viejo que la tana, sucio como el solo y que si abres la ventana te entra el calor para dentro, ademas de que no enfria, la cama muy incómoda, la almohadas destrozada y la otra sucia y para colmo la piscina cerrada y nadie nos aviso con antelación para indicárnoslo y decidir si seguíamos con la reserva o la cambiábamos. Creo que para lo q ofrece el precio es muy elevado, xq sin piscina, sin aire, y con coche para bajar a la playa....mal asunto. Por cierto el aparcamiento es en la calle no que tengas parking.

Nada, el apartamento no tenía nada q ver con las fotos

Botes de pintura en los armarios, los cuales tenían las puertas reventadas, el agua del baño olía fatal, la lavadora, abrías la puerta y se descolgaba…. Horroroso!

PESIMA EXPERIENCIA NO VOLVERÉ JAMÁS

Las vistas del lugar y ubicación

La casa sucia pésima limpieza las ventanas llenas de tierra y suciedad. todo lleno de hormigas por la cocina comedor y habitaciónes. La lavadora la puerta de la lavadora te la quedabas en la mano estaba rota. La ducha rota el agua se salía por la manguera. Cuando llegamos no había aire acondicionado a 40° y solamente un pingüino reventado y super sucio. El sofá cama comido por los perros mordisqueado por todos lados. Cuando llegamos tampoco había piscina y resulta que el propietario en otros servicios puso que las piscinas estaban fuera de servicio por qué las estaban arreglando. En vez de ponerlo en mayúsculas en la principal. La cama de matrimonio el somier vencido y el colchón como un folio que se te clavaban las tablas incomodisima. No hay parking privado el que hay es público y en la calle para todo el mundo. Pésima experiencia, llegamos con nuestro bebé de menos de un año y no pudimos disfrutar de la carencia de limpieza que había en el apartamento. Lo único bueno la ubicación y vistas de alrededores. NO VOLVERE JAMAS.

Pésimo sucio y con piscina en obras

El chico que nos atendió muy amable

De La piscina estaba de obras. El baño estaba sucio con pelos en la bañera y manchas en el cristal, infinidad de botes champú y gel parece que de anteriores inquilinos y por último un calor horrible. En el salón solo había un un antiguo ventilador de pie.

Benalmadena Pueblo Estupa Tibetana

Appartement super, totalement équipé, Parfait. Tranquille, pas de bruit..... car bien en dehors de la ville, plages, les plus proches. L'adresse étant : Benalmadena Marina... Pour moi, Marina = Puerto, = Littoral. Bref, je n'étais qu'à 2,7 km de la plage la plus proche, et comme mon objectif fut de faire de la pêche, j'ai dû, chaque jour, prendre les bus. Par chance, en Espagne, les transports sont très bien et peu coûteux. 1,50 euro pour 50 minutes env. Très bien

Juste les distances que j'ai dû parcourir chaque jour pour aller pêcher. Mais l'avantage, Appartement en dehors, Benalmadena Pueblo, avec en prime le temple Tibétain, Estupa Tibétain à côté de mon logement.
