Enjoy the peace and quiet and relax while listening to the cicadas on the terrace overlooking the sea at this elegant duplex located in a wonderful residential community (Tío Charles), designed like a typical Andalusian village with its white houses and streets lined with flowers, benches, and local ceramic accents. The residential community, with its well-maintained landscaping, features a beautiful pool (closed until November 2025 due to construction) and is open year-round afterward… surrounded by nature, lawns, and pine trees, with incredible views of the Mediterranean Sea.
On the duplex’s upper terrace, surrounded by bougainvillea, you can enjoy its wonderful ocean views or relax while gazing at the stars and watching the sunrise, breathing in the scent of Mediterranean pine trees. Completely renovated and brand-new, it features two large bedrooms (one with a king-size bed) and another family room with a double bed and a sofa bed for teenagers or children (sleeps 4). There’s also another sofa bed in the living room, in case you need extra space. This place is perfect for digital nomads, with excellent Wi-Fi, and the peace and space (100 m²) needed to work and enjoy yourself—even in the fall or winter, thanks to a beautiful fireplace where you can relax by the warmth of the fire after a bike ride or a hike on one of the many trails in the area. It’s located a 7-minute drive from the beach, where you can enjoy beautiful walks along the network of coastal trails, or—why not?—some “pescaditos” at the excellent beach bars in the area or at the famous “Marina.”
It is equipped with 2 Smart TVs—one in the living room and another in a bedroom—where you can enjoy Netflix and Prime. It also features 3 new bathrooms (one with a double sink) and a brand-new kitchen for our guests’ comfort.
If you’re looking for an elegant atmosphere, beautiful views, tranquility, comfort, and space, this is definitely the place for you.

The town of Benalmádena is 900 meters from the apartment—it takes about 10 minutes to get there, and the walk is lovely, with wonderful ocean views (it’s well worth the trip). Benalmádena Pueblo is a typical, traditional Andalusian town with narrow white streets, full of flowers, terraces, restaurants, and bars. You’ll also find local shops, fruit stands, excellent fish markets, and even ATMs if needed.
Some recommended restaurants include The Lilak Tree, El Muro, La Fuente, La Perla, Longhorn del Sol, and the lounge bar La Cúpula. The Church of Santo Domingo el Guzmán is spectacular for its wonderful views and lookouts; you can’t miss the Colomares Castle (which you can reach on foot), and you can also take a stroll to the Butterfly Garden (Butterfly Garden) and the Stupa of Enlightenment Buddhist temple.You can also visit the Plaza Mayor de Benalmádena Outlet, with over 100 stores, restaurants, and movie theaters, just 4 stops away on the Málaga–Fuengirola train line (Arroyo de la Miel stop). At that same Plaza Mayor stop, you’ll also find a really fun attraction (Jungle Family Park), as well as the SeaLife Aquarium in Benalmádena Costa and the Selwo Wildlife Park.
The Aldi supermarket is just 1 km away (you’ll find a shopping cart available in the apartment so you can buy whatever you need in comfort and walk back).
