Lovely stay!!

All in all, we were really happy with the accommodation! Everything was and looked as described, the communication with the host’s assistant was perfect, pool was clean and nice, also multiple beaches are really close (3-10 min) by car, there are three supermarkets nearby, etc. Would recommend 15/10!!

An unfair charging for the deposit

This would have been a fairly good quality-price ratio unless they had not unfairly charged us the 200€ deposit!

This place cannot be recommended, because of an unfair policy of using the 200 € "deposit" for the quarantee of the condition of the appartment!! This means, that if ANYTHING happens in this-not-so-first-class-decorated appartment, it is on YOU! Our experience: We were on a family trip in a bigger appartment with children who were all school-aged. One curtain rail had dropped one night behind a child's bed - obviously, because the fixation had loosen and the curtain was in touch with the bed. We reported this and send a picture of the situation, but they claimed it simply our fault and if we could not fix it they would charge the 200 € deposit - and so they did. They would not even negotiate for the price. We stayed for only a few nights, so this was a large proportion of the original cost of the stay. (Of course we didn' t have any equipment of such sort with us! If we had had, we definitely would have fixed the thing and it would have cost like...nothing!)

Great place to stay

it’s a very cozy place, the mattresses and pillows are very comfortable and the host, Montse, is just amazing. We can only recommend this place 100%, and we’ll sure be back.

la remise des clés était mal faite, les videos envoyées sur whatsapp sont anciens alors que des travaux ont été effectuées sur le portail extérieur de l'immeuble ce qui a expliqué les difficultés à récupérer les clés. Pour le parking, le proposer avec un paiement supérieur c'est abusé puisque la zone est éloignée et dispose de peu de placements de parking.

El alojamiento está en un estado muy deteriorado y necesita una reforma completa y una limpieza profunda. Uno de los váteres tiene una tapa extremadamente fina de plástico y rota, imposible de usar, y la del otro está suelta. La lavadora pierde agua cada vez que se usa y termina encharcando toda la cocina. Las paredes están sucias y tenían restos pegados que parecían ser mocos, lo cual resulta muy desagradable. El aparcamiento es muy limitado y, si quieres usar el parking privado, te lo cobran aparte. También cobran por salir un poco más tarde. Respecto a la fianza, ya había leído comentarios avisando de que intentan cobrar por desperfectos que no has causado, y puedo confirmar que intentaron hacerlo conmigo también. No accedí porque no era mi responsabilidad. En resumen, no recomiendo este apartamento.

Mi Benalmádena querida

Tiene una terraza bastante grande , 2 aires acondicionados uno en la habitación principal y otro en el comedor -salon , tenía todo a mano , no le falta detalle ...fuimos mi familia y yo un total de 5 PAX y repetiremos con total seguridad ...por cierto la Anfitriona excelente , siempre atenta ...gracias

Necesitas coche para poder moverte aunque sea para tomar un café , por todo lo demás un 10

Schöne, ruhige Wohnung

Wirklich süßes, kleines Apartment! Schlicht, aber schön und praktisch eingerichtet. Auch in der Küche war alles Notwendige da. Wir waren im August in der Hauptsaison da, dafür war es schön ruhig und entspannt. Nachmittags waren wir manchmal im Schwimmbad und abends haben wir auf dem Balkon gesessen. Auch Internet Fernsehen (deutsches Programm) war möglich.

Dass es im August irre heiß war, aber in der Wohnung mit Klimaanlage war es angenehm. Der Weg vom Strand rauf bei der Hitze war etwas anstrengend (eigentlich nur 1 Km - aber bergauf). Zwar gibt es eine Bushaltestelle (103), aber auch von da musste man etwas laufen. Denke das war einfach nur durch die Hitze anstrengend - hat also nichts mit der Wohnung zu tun. 😉

Positivo: trato amable y atento de Claudia, la gestora del apartamento, además la cocina estaba limpia (microondas, placa vitrocerámica).

Las fotos llevan a engaño. Piso descuidado, con falta de mantenimiento. Bastante suciedad en paredes, funda de sillas de interior, cortinas, cojines de la terraza, sofá... Barra de cortina en uno de los dormitorios y la del salón con anclajes descolgados (dando sensación de que de pueden caer). Además, faltan utensilios para una mayor comodidad o están deteriorados (sartenes, ollas, toallas...). Nevera con baldas y cajonera rotas. Echamos en falta alguna cajonera para guardar ropa; el único armario que hay en dormitorio tiene el termo eléctrico dentro y dispone de muy poco espacio.

Magnifique séjour

Le.séjour est magnifique et la maison est propre et la hôte est très gentille. La communication est fluide et les réponses sont rapides. Je la.recommande fortement. Je n'hésiterai pas à revenir.

Le seul défaut c'est le stationnement dans la rue est difficile le parking extérieur et toujours remplis.

Totalmente decepcionada la falta de comunicación que aunque parezca barata todavía son 600€ que nadie regala

El apartamento están sucio y los baños las tapaderas sueltas la cocina el lavadero suelto pelo y polvo y muy bonito lo recortan para ocultar el mal estado de todo y la suciedad, al final hacen lo posible por inventar algo para sacarte dinero del depósito. A mi por 2 supuestos arañazos me sacaron 90€ y ni siquiera te dan factura para excusar el dinero. El servicio es horrible y el personal igual y la zona aparcar solo tienes dos especies de escampado para aparcar entre árboles y tierra.
