Perfect for a family.

We had a wonderful time at Rate Pueblo Doña Pepa. The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had absolutely everything a family might need, and then some! From kitchen essentials to little thoughtful extras, it made our stay so comfortable and easy. The location is excellent, peaceful yet close to everything: shops, restaurants, and attractions were all just a short walk or drive away. A special thank you to our host, Marisa, who was truly amazing, warm, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. You can tell she genuinely cares about making guests feel welcome. We'd absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-equipped place to stay with family. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Absolutely lovely apartment, comfortable, clean, great area and great host!

Beautiful apartment in a lovely quiet gated area. Great pool, we had it to ourselves most of the time! Big comfortable bed and massive terrace that gets the sun! The apartment was also very clean. Marisa, our host was so kind with all her tips of where to go & how to get there. Thank you Marisa! We would love to come again!

We had a fantastic one week stay in this comfortable and secure apartment - it felt like home away from home. The host is very experienced, the apartment well furnished and has all the necessities plus more - we particularly enjoyed the fireplace and the coffee maker. The area is very tranquil, and a bit of a distance from the town centre, which suited us well. There is free parking on the premises. We would definitely stay again.

Superb

Marisa treated us with coffee pods and washing pods, which was very convenient. Condo has such a Spanish feeling about it. I felt like in a real place. And we discovered a beautiful village up from Colomares. It was a real gem.

It is more about Torremuelle than about condo. There are not so many restaurants around. But we hopped on the bus to Benalmadena and had everything we wanted.

the complex is not really for British tourists, mostly Spanish which meant I had the pool to myself during the day and the secret walkway to a local beach which takes 5 minutes

Perfect location for our needs (near a friend who lives there). Wonderful host, so friendly and helpful. Great transport near the apartment. Close to the beach, shops, cafes and restaurants. Nice and secure, quiet location - perfect all round! Looking forward to staying there again. Thank you Marisa!

Silent location, nice surroundings, really good working wifi conection, friendly housekeeper Marisa, she was prepared to assist all the time, new hairdryer.

To be honest, I am not sure, why this accommodation is offered during winter time: heating is ensured only partly, in living room with aicon, in bedroom with small radiator, in bathroom there is no possibility... Windows and balcony are quite old and you can feel wind coming through them even if they are completely closed. Fireplace in living room makes nice atmosphere but for heating as such is not sufficient. And I really didn't get why you are supposed to ensure wood for heating by yourself when a fireplace is presented as standard way of heating. I cannot imagine that we would come with our child, because it was 17 °C inside when we arrived.

Marisa our host was so helpful and nice. The property was in a quiet area but easy access to all places. The beach was just down the road. Public Transport was very easy to access. The Apartment was excellent, very comfortable and very clean, and it has a working fireplace for cold nights in winter. The balcony was also excellent, Spacious and gets great sunshine. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent base and lovely apartment

Marissa, the host was very helpful. Facilities all good and no real downpoints. Local restaurant Lucena II very good for fish and meat and very happy staff. 10 min walk. Had some great food in Malaga and Fuengirola( main plaza not the Brit part along the front). Aparment is very well kept, had pretty much all facilities and supplies on arrival. We also had great weather, which helps a lot.

Très bonnes vacances

Nous avons passé une dizaine des jours dans cet établissement. L'appartement est super, très propre et confortable. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut - la lave-vaisselle, la machine à laver, la cuisine bien équipée. Je veux en particulier dire grand merci à notre gérante Marisa, qui est tout simplement formidable. Elle parle bien français, toujours disponible et en écoute. Malgré le moment en peu mouvementé nous avons passé bonnes vacances.

En peu difficile de se garer, en septembre c'était plus ou moins, mais je pense que en juillet/aout ça doit être pas évident.

Wederom een heerlijk verblijf gehad.

Wij kwamen voor de 2e keer op deze locatie en weer is het fantastisch bevallen. Marisa is super aardig en heeft alles voor elkaar. Mooie plek, superschoon, lekker bed. En een leuk terras, zwembad, alles heeeel fijn. Zeker voor nog een keer terug te komen. Op loopafstand een fantastische koffiebar Matilda en een goed restaurant Lucena 2. Met auto in n half uur in Marbella of Malaga. Wij houden van dit plekje. Echt een aanrader

Fantastisch verblijf gehad, waar wij ons thuis voelde.

Het appartement was prettig, fijn terras, goed bed en alles was aanwezig wat je nodig had. Rustig complex, fijn zwembad, auto kon je voor de deur parkeren en op loopafstand een heerlijk restaurant Lucen. Het appartement was brandschoon en de eigenaresse super aardig en behulpzaam. Echt een topplek om terug te komen. Echt een aanrader.
