Good Place to Stay

Overall, we had a very nice stay at the apartment in Málaga. The property managers were communicative and helpful throughout. The location was excellent, with a supermarket conveniently nearby. The apartment had ample towels and the facilities were as described. we really appreciated the clear address information and guidance provided before arrival—it helped avoid any confusion and made check-in smooth. Great job on that!

there are a few areas that could be improved: Outdated Customer Information: The property information, both digital and hard copy, included incorrect Wi-Fi details. We had to refer to the back of the router to find the correct information and informed the property team, who we hope will update this for future guests. Similarly, the document mentioned a nearby supermarket that was no longer the closest option. Maintenance Issues: While the listing mentions the apartment as recently renovated, this did not seem to be the case. The shower cabin was broken, which we felt was unsafe and should have been fixed before our arrival. The team was aware of the issue, but it had not yet been resolved. Additionally, the labels on the microwave buttons were worn off, making it difficult to use. Supplies for Longer Stays: For guests staying multiple days, it would be appreciated if the number of dishwasher tablets and garbage bags provided matched the length of the stay. When we asked, we were informed that this is not part of the current policy, but we hope this feedback will be considered for future improvements. Small touches like these can make a big difference in the overall experience.
