Spectacular 3 bedroom penthouse facing the sea prepared for 6 people in the best area of Torremolinos (La Carihuela).
It is newly renovated with premium qualities and decorated in light tones with a wonderful large terrace facing the beach of La Carihuela and its promenade full of restaurants, beach bars and bars.
The apartment is located in the urbanization Montemar Puerto and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. It is all brand new and has 2 king size beds and a comfortable sofa with chaisselongue, as well as air conditioning in each room. The panoramic windows allow you to enjoy the view also from inside the apartment.
The common areas have a tennis court and swimming pool for adults and children, as well as having the beach a few meters away.
La Carihuela is one of the best areas of the Costa del Sol. The apartment is very close to the Benalmádena marina and also to many bars and restaurants. You can choose quieter areas or others with more nightlife. There are many options and you just have to choose ...
There is a parking space included with the apartment, but the car is not really necessary. Everything you need for a good stay is at a short distance. Malaga airport is 10 km away (15 min)

We’ve been visiting this area for many years and this was by far the best location and apartment we have ever booked. We loved having breakfast on the spacious terrace with great views. The apartment was extremely well equipped. Great air conditioning. A lovely lady checked us in and Javier was very quick with questions etc. I almost don’t want to recommend as I want to keep it a secret!

This is a excellent property within Carahuela area. The accommodation is as described, clean, comfortable and with all the amenities of home.
This property will be remembered because of its fantastic outside space with amazing view.

This property was just perfect for what we were looking for, spent a lot of time sunbathing on the very large balcony, fantastic view of the sea. Kids used pool and tennis court, and only a stones throw away from the beach.

Our family of six had a wonderful stay in this modern, comfortable apartment. There were plenty of towels and linens, washing machine, dishwasher, WIFI, air conditioning, hair dryers, ironing board, iron, coffee maker, and a fully stocked kitchen. It has all the comforts of home. The beds are super comfortable, the living room couch was comfortable. Even the chaise lounges and deck furniture was comfortable! It is at the top floor (5th) of a building with an elevator. It is in a gated community and has in inground pool. It is just a few steps to the beach. The ocean view and the balcony are just amazing. Check in was a breeze and the owners are the kindest people in Torremolinos. You can’t beat the location. Restaurants, shops and the marina are at your doorstep. This is a superior apartment and well exceeded our expectations! A+ Thank you for providing a fantastic apartment for your guests!
