Idéal pour passer des vacances à la plage. Quartier animé, restaurants, cheringuitos, transats à la plage qu’on peut louer. Bien desservi par les transports, taxis, bus… La résidence est calme, bien entretenue et on peut aussi profiter de la piscine.

Het was erg schoon, en erg netjes, niks op aan te merken. Locatie vonden wij fijn.

Het bed vonden wij iets te smal, is een 140 bed wij zijn 180 gewend en hebben de eerste paar nachten niet goed geslapen

Good location

I have visited this area many times and always rent an apartment instead of staying at a hotel. However, I do not understand why this costs so much given the poor quality of the accommodation. The bed was okay, but the pillows were disgusting, cheap, and uncomfortable. The sofa bed was ripped and broken; luckily, a child slept there and not an adult. The kitchen sink was loose, and there is only one air conditioning unit in the apartment. The bedroom only has a fan that is about to break; it makes a lot of noise, making it impossible to sleep with it running. I do not know if pets are allowed in the apartment, but my husband has severe animal allergies and had a reaction immediately. We then discovered that the mattress protector on the bed was covered in animal hair. The apartment was poorly cleaned; we had to start by cleaning and mopping ourselves, and the mop water turned pitch black with dirt. The swimming pool in the garden area is very dirty, and the pool ladder is broken. The host was contacting me both through Booking.com and WhatsApp, which is confusing. I messaged them in English but received a reply in Spanish. When I replied in Spanish, they answered in English. It felt like I was talking to five different people, which is unnecessary hassle while on vacation. The parking spaces were fine, and having access to that was a bonus. However, one thing that is good to know is that the neighbors in the complex are very loud. They made noise late into the night every single night and seemed to live there permanently rather than renting a holiday apartment
