La ubicación inmejorable y el aire acondicionado una maravilla.
La limpieza, el menaje faltaban muchas cosas (elemplo batidora, tapa de cocina para tapar alimentos al freír,etc) el mantenimiento (se salía el agua de la ducha, la cisterna no cerraba bien el agua y salía saliendo cuando tiraba de la cadena....), saltaba el diferencial de la luz cuando habia varios electrodomésticos puestos. No había estropajos, ni bayetas, ni armarios en la habitación principal, recogedor roto.......
