Fantastic sunny birthday break

The host met us upon arrival and was super friendly and informative. The location was so central. 2 minutes walk to the promenade and beach, restaurants and bars. The apartments were quiet with lift access. 10 minutes walk to a large Aldi supermarket. The apartment was huge and smartly decorated, with everything provided. Lovely welcome pack. The apartment had chairs to use at the pool.

the location and size of the apartment is good

we went during summer with kids and the aircon is not well maintained! not getting cold at all.. so not comfortable especially at night! also cheap and old appliances, sofa is so old, tv is from the 90’s but I ccould care less about those.. AC is the main downside of this property!

A lovely apoartment in a good location, great for families.

Very good location. It can be noisy early in the morning but it did not bother us. The pool area is lovely, and the apartment is clean and well maintained. The welcome drinks and snacks were a lovely touch. The host, Jose, was easy to contact and helpful.

Pleasant, but not a very restful place, as we wanted a quiet place to rest up.

Location in the Carihuela is very good. close to the beach, cafe's, bar's and restaurants, etc There was plenty of room for us. 4 Adults and a baby. Cot and high chair included. The apartment would comfortably sleep 6 people. It was very well equipped.

While the apartment itself was lovely, clean and tidy, it was on a busy junction with the bins and bottle banks being collected every morning from 6am!!! These happened to be on the side where the bedrooms were

Location was ideal, the apartment was home from home it was very roomy 3beds 2dble 1 twin plus sofa bed in the main area, kitchen fully equipped with crockery and pan's ect There is a lovely swimming pool which we didn't use as it was too cold but looked to be well maintained.

Problems with the hot water supply either boiling hot or cold,but Jose the owner said he would be getting it sorted asap so hopefully this will be sorted soon.

The property was very comfortable a home from home. lovely quiet complex fully accessible, easy access to promenade beach and all bars restaurants within 2 minutes walk bus stops at top of round making travel easy.

We had a wonderful and enjoyable holiday; great restaurants near by and bus stops to venture further

The owner of the property, Josef, is such a friendly person and so willing to please and very obliging and punctual when handing over the keys and collecting the keys to this very secure property. The bus stops to visit Marbella, Puerto Banus& Mijas / Rhonda & Nerjia are close by. All in all it was a great choice. Thank you.

No lo recomiendo.

Los colchones eran muy incomodos y chicos se salen los pies. Ademas como en muchos comentarios el aire no funciona. Pasamos frio ya que no tiene calefacción le escribes y te dice que va bien cuando no es asi. Las ventanas del salon no cierran con lo cual entra todo el frio y aire imposible sentarte en el sofa sin congelarte.

Groot appartement met mooie keuken, eigenlijk van alle gemakken voorzien.

De airco werkte niet, wel in de woonkamer, maar niet in de slaapkamers wel jammer want het was warm de periode dat wij er waren. Raam open zetten ging niet want op straat veel verkeer en lawaai van uitgaan.

Door de slechte airco voldoende maar anders goed.

De ligging tov strand en winkels is perfect. Heerlijk zwembad. Oppervlakte van het appartement is heel goed, mooi ruim. Balkon/terras in de schaduw hele dag. En het is schoon!

Airco is slecht en doet het bijna niet en al helemaal niet in de slaapkamers. Alleen in woonkamer is het uit te houden. Er stonden maar 2 ventilatoren terwijl er 3 slaapkamers zijn. Douchekop in 1 badkamer is afgebroken dus konden maar in 1 badkamer douchen. 2 pers. bedden maar 140 breed. Maar 2 handdoekjes voor hele week. Keukenkraan was afgebroken en zat alleen nog vast aan leidingen.

Fantastisch mooi en groot appartement.

We werden goed en vriendelijk opgevangen door José hij heeft ons het mooie en grote appartement laten zien. Zelf een kleinigheidje achtergelaten in de vorm van water, chips, koekjes en 2 biertjes. Het appartement is zeer ruim, schoon en in een nette staat. op de binnenplaats is er een heerlijk ruim zwembad. Het complex is netjes en word dagelijks schoongemaakt, wij hebben het verblijf in het appartement als zeer prettig ervaren.

Bij 1 van de douches kon de douchekop niet opgehangen worden. Ik ben 1.85, niet heel lang naar mijn idee maar het bed is ook 1.80 lang en viel dus met mijn voeten buiten het bed. Het zwembad is niet bedoeld voor puberkinderen, er word volledige rust verwacht en geen ballen op de binnenplaats/zwembad. Bij een wat luider spelende kinderen worden hier een hoop ouderen boos over en beginnen te schreeuwen.

De locatie is top! De eigenaar reageerde snel op een probleem met de airco. Heerlijk ruim appartement met een groot terras. Het zwembad is zo fijn.

Het vermogen van de airco is niet voldoende om de slaapkamers genoeg te koelen. We hebben het erg warm gehad in de nacht. Als dat probleem opgelost is, krijgt dit appartement een 10+ van ons
