Zeer schoon en modern. Op een goede lokatie dichtbij strand en restaurantjes.
Ideaal voor mindervalide met rolstoel. Gebruik van zwembad/tuin is met trap vanaf appartement binnenplaats. Of je moet naar de straat erachter de tuin in zodat je geen trap hoeft te nemen.
