Good points: Great balcony. Gated. Close to the promenade. Nice restaurants and bars within 20 metres. Lidl 5 minutes walk. Clean apartment. Spacious enough.

Negatives points. Very uncomfortable sofa. Poor sound proofing. Can hear the traffic and people next door above flushing toilets / pulling window covers. Ear plugs recommended.

"Parking privado gratis" de risa

La casa está prácticamente nueva de reforma, la dueña hizo muy bien el piso, se agradece.

Dicen "parking privado gratis sin asignar, por orden de llegada" y hay 57 pisos y 21 plazas de parking nada más, reservamos este sólo porque tenía parking y no lo hemos podido utilizar ningún día porque estaba siempre ocupado en pleno agosto de vacaciones, hemos dado muchos rodeos perdiendo el tiempo por el detalle en nuestras vacaciones por este detalle, jamás nos ha pasado en otro lugar.

Zeer schoon en modern. Op een goede lokatie dichtbij strand en restaurantjes.

Ideaal voor mindervalide met rolstoel. Gebruik van zwembad/tuin is met trap vanaf appartement binnenplaats. Of je moet naar de straat erachter de tuin in zodat je geen trap hoeft te nemen.
