Pleasant

Principally a cozy apartment spoiled by the lack of maintenance. The apartment was worn, which could have been avoided with little aprovements: a few colourful interior pillows, replacing the living room chairs' tattered covers with new ones... And for us, staying one month, mainly preparing our food, the kitchen was far too small.

A month in sur suites calhuela

Reception from Cuca went very smoothly ,loved the location easily accessible for the bus ,close to the beach Lovely walking along the front from torremollinos even late at night felt very safe Didn't see many people in the apartment block although the Belgian lady next door was very nice

The lcck on the gate to access from the street would not work you had put you're hand through and unlock it from the inside ,I thought that should have been fixed just gives the impression that somebody is not bothered The bar Dutch bar directly across the street was very noisy some nights didn't bother us really but not nice for the permanent residence

NOT A GOOD OPTION

The terrace. This is the only thing this place has going for it. But it certainly isn't worth choosing this place.

This isnt booking direct with an owner you are booking via a property agent. Communication is very poor. I had to chase for information on many occasions. Organisation was poor. They did allow us to check in earlier but this was extremely hard work. I raced from Malaga with my dad who is 75 and my sister who is registered disabled to get to the apartment for a specific time for an early check in only for the agent to arrive 20mins after agreed time. Very bad experience in the heat. Location is bad. This is on a main road next to a big hotel. The main road is very noisy and dirty. You have a swingers club and van outside of the apartment. A bar opposite and a hotel to the side. The apartment does not block noise. Difficulty sleeping. The lounge balcony door does an automatic lock if closed, no matter how we moved the switch inside it locked when closed from the outside. My father was stuck on the balcony for 3 hrs as the bedroom patio door had the roller blind down. My sister and I were at the beach and his mobile was inside the apartment. Very bad safety issue. There was no washing up liquid even though it says cleaning products are provided. These are minimal. 1 washing machine tab, 1 tea towel for 6 days. Same with bed sheets 1 set for 6 days. We used the sofa bed as travelling with family. It was so creek everytime turn the loudest creek. Made for poor sleep. We all came home exhausted from noise and creeky bed! The hotel next door does deprive you of privacy. Also there was a porn shoot that took place on one of the balconys. Nothing to do witb the responsibility of the apartment but just wish yo highlight what kind of location it is!! It does say in the info but there is no WiFi. This is just to highlight for people reading.

Magnifique séjour apparemment nickel rapport qualité prix.

Check in/out nickel dispo pas whattsap parfait tout se fait à distance apparemment dispo à 11:00 au lieu de 16:00. Tout était parfait.

Petit bémol avec les plombs qui sautent souvent mais sinon rien à dire.

Het was super.

Elke ochtend lekker buiten op het balkon eten. De ligging van het appartement lekker dicht bij centrum en het strand en bushalte ook dichtbij.

Bij aankomst om het appartement binnen te gaan met een bepaalde app, heel irritant om zo aan je vakantie te beginnen. Had wel iemand bij aankomst verwacht. De koelkast maakte erg veel lawaai en ‘s nachts was het wel een dingetje. Het kraken van het bed aan de straatkant was heel irritant, het kraakte al als je er naar keek. Te weinig wijn glazen voor vier personen, er was er één en één met een barst. De airco was ook heel smerig en kon ook wel een onderhoudsbeurt gebruiken.

Winter in Torremolinos

Ruim appartement, goede ligging.10 minuutjes wandelen van de strand boulevard. Bushalte voor de deur. Zeer ruim terras met eettafel en grote salon én bbq. Kitchenette met alles dat je nodig hebt. Via Whatsapp zeer behulpzame info .

De bbq was vies en de stofzuiger hebben we zelf moeten proper maken vd verstopte filter.

La terraza y la atención en todo momento. Resolviendo el problema del mal olor proveniente de la parte trasera del frigorífico.

La limpieza y olor desagradable en la parte de atrás del frigorífico, el cual se encontraba parado y tuvimos que meter los alimentos estando a temperatura ambiente. El olor fue resuelto tras dar nosotros con él, ubicándose en la bandeja de la parte trasera del frigorífico por acumulación de agua con suciedad.

Bello ma ha assolutamente bisogno di manutenzione urgente!

L'appartamento è in un'ottima posizione, è strutturato bene ed ha il terrazzo vista mare, era pulito e con la cucina super attrezzata

Lo scarico della doccia era otturato, questo ha provocato allagamenti precedenti al nostro soggiorno, che hanno gonfiato le porte, soprattutto quella del bagno, rendendo impossibile la chiusura, ed in 5 persone completamente senza privacy non è stato bellissimo. Abbiamo pulito noi lo scarico per poterci lavare, abbiamo subito segnalato il disagio, e venivano a sturare lo scarico dopo 48 ore dal nostro soggiorno, ma nessuna manutenzione per la porta del bagno. Ci hanno offerto una sistemazione alternativa, ma a km di distanza.
