Lovely stay

Location was excellent right in the centre of Carihuela and very near the beach. Communication from owner was excellent. Apartment was small but had everything we needed but we booked for the roof top terrace which met our expectations. Shops bars and restaurants right on the doorstep.

Was a little confusion on arrival, the booking App was a bit all over the place with how to gain access, instead of being clearly written on one message , was spread over 3 messages in a different languages and very cluttered.

The location is perfect for everything. Shops, restaurants, bars and yet we slept sound every night. Check in was so easy with great instructions.

Great apart from the noisy neighbours.

The property was in a great location and had everything you needed

Only downside was the other apartments had holiday makers that were very noisy and came in at 4 am singing and making a lot off noise they weren’t young guys they were men in they 30s very very noisy and drunk and this happened both nights and even when they woke up after 9am.This just put a bad twist to a quite enjoyable stay.

Location was amazing. Terrace is huge, sunny and private with a good sea view. We had the penthouse Quiet at night The apartment is compact, cosy and ideal for a couple. Comfotable bed Spotlessly clean Very good value for money We would love to stay here again soon

A relaxing stay in a busy and bustling area.

We booked this apartment for its outside space and location. It did not disappoint. The inside space is very compact. A separate bedroom, with a comfortable bed. Decent sized toilet and shower area. A very good sized fridge. The kitchen/TV area is very clever use of small space. The outside roof space was huge and very private. Good sunbeds and chairs.

It was close to all the beach action The apartment had everything you’d need for a short stay The instructions on how to get into the apt were detailed with pics The host was very receptive to my suggestions and tried to help when I reported something that was wrong (spill on nightstand upon arrival meant I had to clean up and not use that side lamp for safety).

My first evening was ruined/stressful. I booked at 8pm- it was still available on booking.com. I even gave the heads up when I was arriving and it was confirmed. Then also sent a msg when I was in a taxi. About 1 hour 20 min post booking I am standing at a locked building door no info the contact does not answer any message and booking.com doesn’t want to be involved. Imagine being a female alone in another country with a piece of luggage standing on a street, forget about any plans you had. By the time they contacted me with the info about 40 mins of stress went by so I was exhausted and no longer felt like going out that night. I also had planned to see sunset after quickly dropping off my things and missed that. If someone isn’t available the room should be taken off the website. The elevator made a lot of sound even with ear plugs in. No beach towel was included in the room and it’s a beach vacation :) Love the shower head, but the shower is too small for a female to shave her legs properly.

Ubicación perfecta, el apartamento estaba muy bien, nos ha gustado mucho.

Cuando llegamos, nos costó un poco registrarnos, llamamos por teléfono para que nos ayudaran,pero solo salía un contestador, menos mal a una pareja que estaban hospedados allí y nos ayudaron, somos jubilados y no estamos muy puestos con la tecnología 🤷‍♀️

Desde las dos de la mañana hubo una avería y se me encharcó el apartamento. No pudimos descansar. Llegaron a arreglar la avería a las siete de la mañana y claro paro de caer agua pero no dejaron de dar golpes. Un desastre no pudimos descansar nada. Aunque sean apartamentos antiguos entiendo que también sería mala suerte pero lo que más nos dolió fue que despues de k noche que pasemos recogiendo agua solo hemos recibido un pequeño mensaje por Booking.com de disculpa😔

Perfekt beliggenhed, med alt hvad man behøver lige rundt om hjørnet. Restauranter, indkøbsmuligheder, strand , strandpromenade osv. Dejlig lejlighed med alt hvad man skulle bruge både i køkken og på badet. Gode senge og masser af skabsplads

Stolene i lejligheden var uudholdelige at sidde på. Hårde og ryglæn i 90 grader. Når man som os er 70 år og opholder sig en del i lejligheden under ferien, kunne det have været rart med blot 2 stole af lidt mere komfortabel karakter. Eks 2 havestole

Por la noche se escuchaba un ruido de motor, no sabemos bien si era del aire acondicionado o del bar de abajo. Preguntamos si el sofá era sofá cama, ya que nos gusta ver películas y si lo abríamos estaríamos más cómodos. Nos dijeron que si pero que para dejar una sábana habría que pagar ya que se usaba pagando un suplemento por huésped de mas. Espero que nadie pague por dormir en ese sofá donde se te clavaban todos los hierros. Las sartenes deberían ser renovadas de vez en cuando
