Excellent location close to bars restaurants and shops. Watch the sun rise in a morning from a balcony overlooking the beach and a full sun until afternoon 😎 Good maid service plenty of clean towels and sheets Comfortable beds. Excellent WiFi brought my own fire stick and worked well. Good contact with owner via email. Enjoyed our stay and would return.

A bit smaller than expected but adequate. Bedside table on one side only. We would suggest a welcoming package of possibly sachets of salt pepper vinegar ect Maybe a Washing machine detergent for a once a week wash saving buying or carrying them there. Washing machine location on top floor next to roof terrace with all day sunshine

The location, in the heart of Carihuela, and the Balcony are amazing. Our second visit here and look forward to visiting again. I left my backpack (containing medication, iPad and hearing aids) in the taxi on the way to the apartment, Antonio was fantastic and tracked down the taxi for me, although I gave him hardly any useful information, everything was safely returned. ⭐

Stairs are steep, (I have knee injury, hopefully a temporary situation) but that's how you get to use a great balcony.

Literally almost on the beach. Quiet area. Very well cleaned. Enough space for a family of 4. Huge terrace, can be used all day, also for eating meals. Host very friendly, helpsome and easy to communicate with. Really nice apartment!

Excellent communications with management. Location as stated directly overlooking the beach quirky small apt. Balcony was a bonus very good size containing table chairs and 2 sun loungers. Towels changed during the stay. Kitchen was small but we didnt do any cooking. We did struggle to access the kettle and fridge due to the sofa bed. There is no lift which wasnt an issue for us but people with mobility difficulties may struggle. Beds comfortable few issues with the sofa bed. AC in both rooms. Access is via the main street/strip noise wasnt an issue at all. Restaurants shops and bars on the door step. Would I return.. considering ... but this size apartment is more suitable to a small family of 3/4 or 2 adults we as a group of 4 women struggled. Needs some TLC but goes with the old charm.

We booked a 2 bedroom apt for a party of 4 with a sea view. When we booked we expected 2 separate bedrooms and a sofa bed in the lounge area to accommodate our party. The 1st bedroom was a decent size with a double bed, good storage and direct access to the balcony. Bathroom a good size with a washing maching. The 2nd bedroom is in the small open plan lounge kitchen area with direct access to the balcony. There is a sliding concertina style divider, im presuming this is why it is being classed as a 2 bedroom!! from the small kitchen. This area has 2 single beds and a sofa bed is squeezed in the kitchen area directly next to the sink and fridge with a small dining table which we had to move on the balcony as there was no room for it. 3 slept in the studio type area. Not ideal. I feel the description should be a 1 bed not 2. This area lacked privacy and storage. I was disappointed and expected 2 bedrooms. Lacked a mirror in the lounge area and a line drying rack would be useful on the balcony. Not essential but to be considered.
