Clean, central location, perfect no-frills base for a few days stay

Perfect location in the centre of everything. Spotlessly clean. Nothing fancy but ideal for 3 days.

It was ideal for early February, but you could hear absolutely everything from outside. So wouldn’t suit me in busier season. The patio doors from the balcony can’t lock, so we were worried about security. The left hand door was fine, but the lock is broken on the right hand side

Location overlooks beach. Lovely street with shops and restaurants. Quiet at night for sleeping. Daily cleaning. Lady we met who cleaned was very helpful and pleasant.

Great location, clean appartments but need updating

Location was excellent right in the Main Street of La Carihuela close to the beach and plenty of restaurants and shops within the area. Appartment has a laundry room upstairs and clothes washing line. The cleaner was so friendly and exceptional at keeping the appartment clean everyday.

The beds are so uncomfortable hard hard mattresses and hard pillows. The towels in the bathroom need to be renewed as they are so thin they don’t absorb water after your shower. There are only 2 small drinking glasses in the Cupboard we had to buy wine glasses. Could improve by leaving things like salt & pepper, a nice little touch would be to maybe leave milk/teabags/water for your arrival. But most of all I think the mattresses need updating or even a memory foam topper and soft fluffy pillows for a good nights sleep.

Friendly and professional Vito is a gentleman , very helpful.The accommodation ladies keep the apartment very clean. Great shower and comfortable bed.

Horrible drilling from nearby property on street woke me up every morning at 8:00 . Not the fault of Dona Lucia.

The perfect holiday apartment

Great location. Right in the middle of everything, lots of lovely restaurants, shops and bars and of course the beautiful beaches. The apartment is really peaceful, you’d never know it’s above a restaurant. All you could hear was the sea. The apartment was really clean and comfortable. Great views. Would highly recommend.

Every thing in apartment kettle microwave fridge rhe washroom on level 3 with washers dryers and outside Terrace to dry clothes ,iron &ironing board there to .The view from room is Exellent nice little balcony .walk outside & your right in the Main Street location is Exellent I will be back to this apartment for sure .

No hot water in the appartment, went to let them know.......that started very unpleasant drama.

There are no connection with people. If something is wrong, you have to go to next door restaurant and let them know. But that is when the problem starts: Impolite, rude: in fact with no manners at all. Unqualified for the HOSPITALITY business.

Perfect location perfect host I needed extra information while I was there about Doctors & emergency services which the host sent to me immediately they are available for any enquiries up to 11pm in the restaurant next door but you can call them 24/7

We could have done with an information pack it was extremely cold & windy unfortunately when we were there so didn’t know how to operate heating & shutters ? but we rang & the host was with us within minutes

Loved coming out in the morning to watch the sun rise and have breakfast on the balcony. Stunning

The view was spectacular. Very central to beach, restaurants shops. Cleaning was superb. Building was quiet no night time disturbance. Safe for my valuables was very easy to use. Storage space for clothes etc. was good.

Cooking facilities and worktop space not great. Could have done with less bulky furniture making it feel a bit cramped.

overall a really great stay and would definitely visit again and recommend

great location. our apartment overlooked the sea which was amazing. not too far from airport. had everything needed for a long weekend. very clean and quiet at night.

would have been nice to have some English speaking television. no hairdryer or mirror in the bedroom. the only mirror was in the bathroom. would have also been nice to have something on balcony to hang wet towels/clothes as was a bit windy when we went and didn’t want to hang over balcony
