First time in Torremolinos. We enjoyed our stay and would stay in the apartment again.

Great location in quite a tired 60s-70s apartment complex, but in itself had its nostalgic charm, reflected in the apartment which was very spacious and had a modern kitchen area with all the things you’d need.

This isn’t a new apartment complex and is showing it’s age, but obviously being cared for and cleaned. The only issue was the central hot water was barely warm- probably not a problem in summer but not great for us in winter.

We had a great time visiting the Feria in Torremolinos, and this apartment was right in the heart of things.

The property was perfectly located in the heart of Torremolinos, right next to shops, bars and restaurants. Alberto was always on hand to help. Very good value for money.

There was a damp patch on one of the walls. We would have liked an electric kettle. But overall we were very happy.

Keskeinen sijainti ja silti hyvä äänieristys uudistetussa asunnossa moninkertaisin ikkunoin. Vuokranantaja oli erittäin avulias ja joustava sekä erinomaisen nopea kommunikoinnissa.

Johtuen alunperin jo 1965 rakennetusta Nogaleran kerrostalokompleksista taloyhtiön infrastruktuuri oli vanhentunutta: takeltelevat hissit, huonosti sähkölukoilla takeltelevat portit, roskien käsittely hankalaa.

Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse och kommer gärna tillbaka!!

Ett jättebra boende som låg väldigt centralt, bara en kort promenad till stranden. Kan vara bra att tänka på att det är en ganska lång trappa om man har svårt för det. Och en lika kort promenad åt andra hållet till både affären och restauranger. Svårt att hitta ett bättre läge! Värden för boendet var fantastiskt och gjorde allt för att underlätta under vår vistelse. Han hörde av sig på ankomstdagen och man kände sig trygg hela vägen. Saknades det något var han snabb på att fixa det, och han svarade snabbt så fort det var något! Vi fick till och med stanna längre i lägenheten då vårt flyg inte gick förrän på kvällen.

Störande ljud från barer på nätterna, men bor man så centralt får man nog räkna med det. Med öronproppar så var det inga problem. Fanns ingen riktig egen uteplats och inte heller några möbler. Men vi flyttade ut två stolar och ett litet bord så var det problemet löst.

Muy buen trato

Esta muy bien situado, mucho ambiente y el apartamento estaba bien. El trato de Alberto inmejorable en todo momento fue muy flexible porque tuvimos un problema de trabajo y nos modifico las fechas para no perder la estancia. Sin duda volveremos.

Buen apartamento en el centro de Torremolinos

El apartamento es grande, bonito, y muy luminoso. La terraza con vistas nos encantó. La ubicación inmejorable en pleno centro de Torremolinos. Pero sobre todo el chico que lo gestiona nos ayudo desde el primer momento. Siempre atento y muy agradable. Repetiremos seguro.

Tuvimos algún problema con el tema de las llaves de la piscina para acceder, pero eso era parte del sistema de apertura, que quedó en anécdota.
