Great winter break

We stayed in the new wing (4 star). The room and bathroom are very spacious and well equipped. Beds are comfy (a bit on the soft side for our taste). The hotel is well kept and clean. The swimming pool area is large, though can get crowded in the evening. The food was great - we booked half board, breakfast and dinner always good selection and sufficient. The staff were friendly and professional. We had a great holiday and would recommend the hotel.

This is a family hotel, so could get very noisy. The coffee at breakfast could be better. The beds could be harder (personal preference).

The location is amazing for hiking and trail running, beautiful nature. The staff were very friendly. Great view from the room. The food was good. Highly recommended.

Excellent stay!

Excellent hotel. The location is great, close to everything. A lot of choice for breakfast and good food. The rooms are spacious and clean, not to mention the mountain view which is stunning! The staff is friendly and helpful, we would like to thank again the receptionist who gave us a great restaurant recommendation.

The only thing i missed is having an electric kettle and some tea or coffee in the room.

I would focus more on cleaning the rooms (small mold in the shower) and work on the kitchen (breakfast good, dinner less so - food not replenished, short time 2 hours)

Beautiful views and comfortable.

The view of the mountains was our favorite part of this hotel. It was stunning. We enjoyed the pool area. The pool was heated, which was nice. The hotel provides bathrobes for the adults. However, they make you rent a towel for the kids for 2 euro each. We could have just brought our towels from the room I guess. The beds were comfortable. Our room had a nice balcony.

I wasn't a huge fan of the buffet-style meals. It was 22 euros, even for kids. And the buffet didn't offer great kid-friendly options every night. The food was very good. It just wasn't my favorite.

Stunning setting, go out for dinner!

Dinner was hugely disappointing. We didn’t realize it was a buffet until it was too late to go else where. Had we known it was such a low level of food, we would have passed. Breakfast was fine.

Very relaxing with great views all around.

Very clean, modern and well kept premises. Important to have transport to reach premises but offers a very good car park for residents. Breakfast was very good. Lots of different facilities available

Superb

The hotel has two pools and a jacuzzi (and a children's pool) which area accessible for all guests. The views from the room, pool, restaurant and outside area are amazing. It's a bit isolated from the crowd (not in Kranska Gora but a few kms before) but if you have a car you can go anywhere. The breakfast is also included in the hotel fee, and we have discounts for the spa area (we didn't use it this time but maybe next time we'll give it a try). There is a fair wifi network as well.

We thought we were getting a queen bed but we got twin beds next to each other instead. Apart from that, nothing to complain about!

4 days in the Hotel

The room and the Hotel is beautiful. The room was clean and confortable with every accessories, what we needed. The forest view was just a plus advantage. The breakfast and dinner were plentiful, diverse and delicious every day. The wellness was clean, well equipped and clean, with beautiful Spik Mountain view. :) The staff was helpful and kind. I would go back in the future. I truly recommend this Hotel.
