Super we will be there next year, with à bed at 180ctms.

My wife and I did not take breakfast. We ate sévèral times in the resto the soir.The service was 10 /10. The view from the balcony towards the lake is very impressive. Also its only à few minutes drive around the lake to town.

The bed at only 140ctms. I slept very badly on the single childrens bed.On our first night we decided to have drink(9hr)everything was closed and blocked with barrières.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, right on the lakeside. The view from the room was amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The menu selection was good, and a vast selection of jams on offer at breakfast.

The rooms were tired, they could do with a refresh.

Lovely view as often mentioned. Large room and large bathroom. Balcony on lakeside. Breakfast quite ok. King size bed.

Shortly after checking in, the bar and restaurant and lobby all closed and were fenced off. Due to understaffing we were told, but felt as a disappointment from the website promises. Found a good meal in next door hotel so no big deal at the end.

The view is incredible.

Staff simply didn’t assist or show up, our room didn’t face any towels and the facilities at the hotel were completely closed after breakfast time (without being previously informed).

Great location, cosy house with pleasant staff. Nice restaurant! This could be easily a full 10 point place.

-WiFi is nearly useless, especially on the second floor. Most of out devices couldn't connect. -Shower has bathtub but NO CURTAIN, which causes inconvenience and flooding when showering. -No cattle for hot water in the room. This is inconvenient as the bar/restaurant is open for very limited hours during breakfast and dinner.

Beautiful location, great ambience in hotel, fabulous views from each room, generous sized rooms! Very clean. Professional service and helpful, friendly staff. Would definitely recommend a stay. The bathrooms and beds need a make over but not much to complain about.

The bed sagged in the middle. The shower was in the bath without a curtain, so a sit/kneel soap up then a rinse off. I know this is fairly common in some countries but hubby has knee problems so not a comfortable experience.

A True tourist trap

The view

Dirty, stuff lying under the bed, mold in the bathroom, frozen breakfast that tastes like old freezer, didn’t authorize to drink in the bedroom though there’s a table with chairs on the balcony, dead mouse floating for 2days in the pond although we mentioned it on arrival, unfriendly personnel and owners, had to remove 8 wasps from my child’s drink and when asking if we still had to pay the barmaid laughed at us. Dirty coffee machine and wasp stuck in pot of jam. Don’t go there

Prima hotel/auberge op prachtige locatie

Prachtige locatie aan het meer en op 10 min rij afstand van ski station La Mauseline! Badkamer en toilet nieuw. Kamer gedeeld met mijn dochters.

Iets meer ruimte voor drie personen was beter geweest. Wij vonden het prima hoor!

Très belle découverte, adresse à garder

La vue, le personnel et la très bonne surprise. Réservation sur un coup de tête le vendredi soir à la dernière minute, la chambre aux alentours d’une centaine d’euros pour trois personnes ne me laissait pas espérer ce que j’ai trouvé. Arrivée de nuit, la chambre était prête et une fois passé le pas de porte la vue s’ouvrait sur le lac magnifique. La chambre(8) était très spacieuse, rénové avec bon goût et la literie très confortable. Un rapport qualité prix imbattable, une très bonne adresse à ne pas louper, les photos sur le site Booking, ne donne pas selon moi, la bonne représentation de la qualité de cet établissement. Qui est bien meilleur que ce qu’il pourrait paraître sur les photos.

Fabuleux

Le personnel était vraiment chaleureux et c était très agréable de pouvoir discuter avec eux. L emplacement est superbe, déjeuner avec la vue sur le lac et la neige était tout bonnement magique. Rien a dire, cest un vrai plaisir d y séjourner et nous reviendrons

excellent accueil et séjour, retourner à Gérardmer c'est là que nous séjournerons.

l 'accueil de la propriétaire charmant, très aimable vraiment rien a reprocher, nous a bien tout expliquer jusqu'à nous accompagner à la porte principale d 'entrée de l'hôtel pour nous montrer comment fonctionnait le badge car apres 18h plus personne à la réception. Petit déjeuner avec des horaires pratiques pour des clients en week end, jusque 10h le matin. Buffet très bien fourni alors que nous sommes allés a 09h30 tout était ravitaillé il ne manquait rien , très propre et bien fourni beaucoup de choix. La vue depuis l hotel au bord du lac trop bien situé. Un calme royal

Rien de négatif pour nous tout était excellent, un rapport qualité prix très bon , peut être un seul bémol le parking n'est pas fermé, mais il est suffisamment grand et dans un endroit tranquille, aucun problème pour avoir de la place de stationnement.
