The apartment was exceptionally clean, it was close to the lake (although if you are looking to see a view of the lake you won’t get that). What really made our stay was that our dog absolutely loved the garden as he was allowed to run freely in it. The host was also friendly which is always nice to have.
If you are going to France in the summer, you would expect to have aircon or fans yet we didn’t have that so it was extremely hot. We did ask for a fan which I think he brought from his place which was nice but there were 3 of us staying at the apartment and so only one room had a fan so those who stayed in room 2 didn’t sleep. The huge downside of the property is it is not equipped for the summer at all - which I would assume is when Individuals would want to go to lake Annecy.
