We had a nearly perfekt Holiday

The size from the Apartment is perfekt for a Family of Four . We had a great stay . Benoît was a very sympatic and helpfull Host . You have to Walk 5 minutes to the beautiful Beach and a perfekt playground for the Kids . The whole area is Fantastic .

The Traffic noise was very Loud sometimes .

Perfect stopover with a wonderful host!

It was clean and functional. All of the decor and amenities gave it charm and character. The shower was hot and strong. The sofas were comfy. The garden furniture was comfortable with a canopy over the top. Perfect for a short stay. Ben was just fantastic! What a lovely man and brought fresh eggs, a bottle of wine and was helpful and chatty. Great guy!

If we were being extremely picky then the shower curtains don’t do it for us and prefer screens. Also if we were to stay a much linger time then the road noise might become annoying but for what we wanted it was just perfect. Thank you Ben!

Very good

We had a great time. Close to the lake and aesthetic decorated. The complementary wine was excellent and the host very friendly and flexible. I highly recommend the place.

good location in a nicely decorated apartment.

Very friendly host, Nicely decorated apartment with art the host makes himself. Also enough facilities for cooking. Normally you have the minimal, here we had even more stuff then at home ;). Beaches where very close that was nice because it was 34 degrees.

There is no airco so it can be hot in the house. But still i thought it was ok.

We would highly recommend a stay at Benoit's h whilst enjoying the beauty of Duingt and Lake Annecy.

A wonderfully warm welcome from Ben with thoughtful touches in the property from coffee pods, wine and children's toys and books. Sparklingly clean and all of the appliances you could require. Large garden with furniture to relax in and a spacious living area.

Proximity to the lake, great views on mountains, well equipped and clean appartement, personal touch on apartment decoration, and very friendly host. Special thanks for allowing us to check out late.

Soundproofing could be better - the sound of the cars on the road is heard very well inside.

Ben the owner is brilliant...he is so nice and doesn't inferior with your stay...loved the apartment and will defo go back...the place is very clean and hlovedas every thing you want and just down the road from pubs and restaurants..loved it

Ok the only draw back is the road...it is very busy and noisy but it cant be helped...this is my only bad experience..other than the road I will be back it will not stop me.

Schöner Aufenthalt Ende August 2025

Ausstattung der Wohnung war hervorragend, alles da was man braucht und noch mehr. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Im Außenbereich/Garten gab es schöne Sitzgelegenheiten bzw. 2 Liegen und Sonnensegel sowie abendlicher Beleuchtung. Blick auf die Berge, der See mit Badestelle (mit Gras und Bäumen) ist ca. 300 m entfernt. Badeschuhe sind zu empfehlen. Das Wasser ist sehr flach abfallend mit Kieselsteinen. Bäcker ca. 1,5 km entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeit in St. Jorioz (Super U) oder etwas weiter Aldi oder Lidl. Es gab in der näheren Umgebung mehrere Möglichkeiten Fahrräder zu leihen. Der Vermieter wohnt über der Ferienwohnung und ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar (auch mobil) und spricht gutes englisch.

Die Matratze war uns persönlich zu weich (französisches Bett). Die Matratzen der Einzelbetten sind dagegen härter. Dies ist aber nur ein persönliches Empfinden. Die Ferienwohnung ist direkt an der Hauptverkehrsstraße (Seestraße), daher hört man natürlich die Verkehrsgeräusche, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Daher gibt es eigentlich nichts negatives zu berichten.

Très bon séjour avec accueil chaleureux pour nous 4 et notre chien

Logement très bien situé près du lac, proche d'annecy avec l'accès aux transports en commun

Un peu bruyant du fait de la proximité de la route mais week-end très dense en circulation du fait de l'influence pour la fête du lac

Appartement bien équipé,propre et spacieux très proche du lac avec sa place de parking gratuit. La baignoire est très agréable Hote adorable

Gros bémol pour le bruit de la route incessant qu’on entend très fort. Et ventilation impossible et inexistante dans la sdb

Quattro giorni in famiglia ad Annecy.

Siamo stati tre notti e quattro giorni ospiti di Benoit che ci ha trattato è coccolato come se fossimo di famiglia, la posizione è magnifica è anche l'abitazione con un magnifico giardino dove abbiamo condiviso ottime aperitivi con Ben e ci offerto anche dell'ottimo vino, le spiagge del Lago sono raggiungibili a piedi in due minuti. Tutto molto bello! Consigliatissimo!!

En la carretera

Cerca de alquiler de deportes náuticos, playa y restaurante. Aparcamiento en la misma puerta.

La vivienda está pegada a la carretera. No se podía disfrutar del patio por el ruido de la carretera. Tampoco tener abierta la puerta del patio para que entrase luz. Habitaciones nada acogedoras, y salón en general también. Vistas decepcionantes. La mayor parte de las ventanas dan a un seto, valla o aparcamiento. Algo lógico en un bajo.
