We had a really lovely few days here and would definitely come back to this apartment

The location, the view, the check in experience, the air con, the kitchen was well equipped. It was really good value for money. Thank you.

The shower was awkward to use. It would have been good to have another chair to take to the grass outside.

We had an excellent stay at this duplex overlooking Lake Annecy. The property was clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed, with breathtaking views across the water. The private beach was a real highlight — quiet, well-kept, and perfect for relaxing as a family. Our 4-month-old even had her first swim in the lake, which made the trip even more special. The duplex was very well equipped, with air conditioning that was a lifesaver during the heatwave, as well as a dishwasher and washing machine which made things so much easier. A peaceful, memorable stay — we’d love to come back!

While we really enjoyed our stay overall, there was one major drawback in the duplex that affected our experience — the low-hanging light fixture in the kitchen area. At 2 metres tall, I hit my head on it multiple times, which was both painful and frustrating, especially when trying to cook for the family and look after our 4-month-old. What made it worse was that the light wasn’t even centred in the room, so it was difficult to judge its position instinctively. It may not be an issue for everyone, but for taller guests, it’s definitely something to be aware of.

View was absolutely stunning from the apartment. Facilities were excellent including a washing machine and dishwasher. The location was amazing and was close to some fantastic mountain walks. Much quieter here but bus stop close enough to travel into Annency.

Lovely views everything you needed in apartment excellent secure block ,very good staff, close to supermarkets ,.secure parking lovely resturant next door.

The air conditioning was noisy at night not enough hot water, for amount of guests. a bit hard to find at first

It is a shame that the design of the appartment did not include a proper shower. It is something that you expect in 2022.

Wonderful stay in absolutely stunning location

Absolutely stunning views of the lake from the apartment. Convenient access for swimming. A comfortable stay for a young family of 4. Apartment has everything you would need. Small grocery walking distance in nearby village. Secure parking. Host was very helpful and friendly.

Beaucoup de "sécurité" (codes portail et ascenseur). Nombreux avertissements d'interdiction qui semblent disproportionnés surtout hors saison, mais sans doute nécessaires autrement !

Cette vue !

Bel appartement et vue magnifique, dont on ne peut pas se lasser. Idéalement situé pour de nombreuses activités (vélo, randonnées, points de vue, Annecy proche) et proche de commerces. Bonne communication avec les propriétaires qui ont toujours été très réactifs.
