About this villa rental
House in a large estate with views of the lake. Quiet and sunny, the villa has all the comfort and allows you to enjoy all the benefits of Lake Annecy.
The living rooms are at a large sunny terrace where you can lunch at 8 and in the dining room.
The rooms and bathrooms are in the garden where it is easy to relax in the sun or under the shade of ancient trees. Recent work has helped create a new kitchen and a new bedroom with bathroom.
The whole house is designed for vacation life they are sports or not.

The pictures do not do this property justice. Sitting out on the deck and watching the paragliders fly over by the hundreds every single day with the Lake and the Alps in the foreground was magical. Our host was amazingly communicative and although we did not speak any French he made it so easy to communicate in English. When we needed to call him for some very minor things, he answered the phone right away every single time. The kitchen range was perfect as we are gourmet cooks. The window over the sink has an extraordinary view so it was a pleasure to clean up every day. There is a working fireplace and we had a beautiful wood fire every morning and a few times in the evening. Our bed was very comfortable. It was an absolute luxury having a dryer in the house as well. The house is just far enough out of the town that there is privacy, but close enough to be in the village within a few minutes. We will definitely be staying here again. it was our favorite place to stay in France so far

The Propoerty was large and accomodating but two shower / bath rooms need modinisation and flaking and damp plaster needs tiling. I felt I paid too much for the quality of two of the shower rooms which were not fit for purpose at this cost (€4k). A small refund would be appreciated.
