Enjoy Lake Annecy with family or friends in this large typical house from 1890, renovated in 2013.
At the foot of the mountains, 2 minutes from the beach, come and experience a stay in an exceptional setting.
This large house has 4 bedrooms: Three bedrooms with double beds and a room reserved for children with a double bed and a raised single bed (with ladder). Each of the rooms has a balcony and some have direct access to the terrace.
A pleasant TV lounge under the roof offers 2 additional beds thanks to its convertible sofa.
To fill the whole family, 2 modern bathrooms equipped with a washing machine and a dryer are present.
A large kitchen with adjoining dining room offers you all the necessary equipment: Modern electric oven, gas hob, extractor, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and above all all the dishes, pots, dishes, all cutlery and kitchen tools to accommodate a large family.
The exterior frames everything perfectly with a garden furniture, a barbecue on the terrace, sun loungers, a breathtaking view of the lake and the mountains, but also with a shaded and greener corner behind the house.
Finally, 3 parking spaces are reserved for you in front of the house.
The house is located in a very calm dead end with neighbors around: Nighttime noise, reprehensible before the law and liable to severe fines, is not possible after 10 p.m. ... We are counting on you.

The house met our needs for the week (great location with nearby food and fun activities). You should expect to receive a supplemental contract, and expect a hefty cash deposit to be paid to a local house manager. House is barebones as far as trash bags, soap, etc - don't expect any. If you pay for towels/sheets, expect a single bath towel per person. The area offers plenty to do for all - from hiking to paragliding to time at the nearby beach, and this house is a great home base for large groups.

We had a little trouble with check in, having to wait for the manager to meet us, thankfully we had a native French speaker who could phone them to organise. The house itself was very roomy, the kitchen was well supplied with appliances and utensils, crockery, cutlery etc. The washing machine and dryer was a bonus. The fireplace kept everything roasting warm and the radiators were very effective also. Lots of different spaces to retreat to. One small comment was that we paid €16 per person for linen, which were just mismatched sets that were placed in one bedroom, so this caused some confusion at the start. Otherwise we had a lovely stay, location was great, easy to catch the bus to Annecy to avoid parking. We would love to come back some time in the summer. Thank you.

This property was fantastic for our needs. It's larger than it looks online and has fantastic views of the lake from most of the windows and those that don't, have great views of the mountains. The wi-fi was good which meant the younger members could be on-line without any fuss. The rooms were all of a good size and the outside space was more than adequate. As advertised, it is indeed a short walk to a nice little beach area with easy access to the lake. We would stay there again.

Stayed there with 10 people. One of us slept on the sofa bed. The house was clean, the host was easily reachable and the kitchen was fully equipped, including fondue and raclette machines. The house is just next to the lake. Would stay again.

Very impressed with the villa for the price we paid. It is more spacious than the pictures suggest and reasonably well maintained. It is well located near the lake and the kitchen is very well equipped. The experience from booking through to having our deposit returned was excellent. I would highly recommend booking this property for a large party. It comfortably accommodated 9 of us.

We stayed here as a family of five with three teens, and the house is spacious enough that each teen had his or her own bedroom. The house was a very comfortable place to hang out, with a cozy living room area on the ground floor, a kitchen / dining area with enough seating to accomodate our group, and a garden to sit in outdoors that we didn't really take good advantage of due to the weather not cooperating. The location is within an easy walk of a bicycle rental place / cafe, the beach on the lake with kayak and paddleboat rentals, a lakefront restaurant, and probably other activities that I didn't pick up on since we were there only two nights rather than the week that seems to be more typical for the area. Grocery stores are five or ten minutes' drive away. Please note that the rather hefty deposit to be paid at the beginning of the stay appears to be typical of this area from what I could tell, even though it's not something I've seen in other places, and our cash deposit was returned as soon as the lady checking us out had looked over the place. Please note also that you do have the choice of cleaning the place yourself -- meaning the full cleaning, not just the tidying and emptying of trash and so on you'll be doing anyway -- but having the housekeeper clean it is an extra fee to be paid at the time you're checking in, so just assume that will be part of the cost of the place if you don't want to do the heavy cleaning yourself. Housekeeping fees are typical of vacation rental places in my experience, and the only difference here is that you're paying it separately at the time you check in rather than having it be part of what you pay through this site. Again, this is a comfortable house that had plenty of room for our family and is within walking distance from many activities and some restaurants. We enjoyed our stay here and I wish we'd had longer to try the different activities and explore the area.

This property is really good value especially if you can fill it, it is wonderfully close to amenities including beach, restaurants, cycle hire , nature walks and stunning views but on hot evenings the noise from the parties on the lake shore is a drawback. The garden could do with a little tidy up and there are a few tired/broken fixtures (washing line, big awning) but overall it's a sensibly priced, well positioned house and was perfect for 6 adults and 6 kids (we brought one extra inflatable bed to avoid older kids sharing the double). The high breakage deposit caused me some stress (getting 820 euros together on day 1!!!!) and would be more understandable if the property were in top condition but there was no problem with getting it back and UK banks don't charge for euro cheques if you push hard in branch. We brought duvet covers, pillow cases and towels to save 16 euros pp and that worked well (square pillows but UK ones fit). I would absolutely recommend this house above others we considered on the other side of the lake due to the location and sensible inside space. For runners, casual and serious cyclists and beach lovers, a base here and a planned trip to Talloires gives you the best of everything.

Just back from a fantastic stay in this beautiful house. It was a family get together with 10 adults and one child, the house is so big that at no point did we feel crowded. There is plenty of living space with ample seating inside and out. As the weather was so good we spent most of our time outside - the view is stunning and the lake is almost on the doorstep. The combined kitchen/dining area was perfect for our social needs and when the sun went down (or behind a mountain) we all sat at the kitchen table. Lovely and clean toilets and bathrooms, bedrooms tastefully decorated and very comfy beds. Stunning well maintained house!! Log burning stove added a lovely ambiance and the log fire was awesome. Sylvie was amazing during the booking process, shame I didn't get to meet her, maybe one day :) Christophe who did the handover was charming and lives locally, so good if there are any problems - we had none. I would definitely recommend this property and hope that one day we might be able to return. Thank you all for contributing to our amazing trip.

La maison est confortable et bien équipée. La literie est parfaite ainsi que la distribution des chambres. Nous avons séjourné une petite semaine en famille (4 couples d'une cinquantaine d'années). Bien placée, à 2 min d'une petite plage pour se baigner dans le lac que nous pouvions admirer de la terrasse où nous avons pu profiter de tous nos repas, même au soleil, car le parasol est parfait pour se protéger. Les petits commerces sont accessibles à pied et en voiture vous êtes à 10 min des supermarchés. Petit plus du séjour, le vol en parapente au départ de Doussard à 10 min en voiture et d'un super loueur de vélo qui nous a permis de découvrir le tour du lac en piste cyclable. Un merveilleux séjour au gîte. En hiver où temps moins Clément , l'espace de vie serait peut-être un peu juste à plus de 8 personnes. Patricia nous a parfaitement accueillis et arrangés pour notre départ. Merci beaucoup!! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Nous étions 10 adultes en famille. Nous avons adoré cette très grande maison faite pour passer d'heureux moments. La maison est pourtant vieillotte et non entretenue depuis un moment cela saute aux yeux. Pourtant elle reste agréable, vivante et n'attend que vous. L'essentiel est là pour autant que vous ne soyez pas à cheval sur le ménage et sur l'entretien en général. Le prix de la location est hors compétition cela est un atout non négligeable. Son emplacement est exceptionnel et le cadre magnifique !!! Un gros bon point pour la dame qui nous a accueillie, efficace, discrète sur qui on peut compter.

The house was very comfortable. The fire place was a big plus and the unlimited supply of wood as well. The surroundings and views are stunning and the lake is on walking distance which was also very nice. The stove ran out of gas one night, but the next day it was immediately replaced, so the service and communication is great!

Maison spacieuse, confortable et accueillante (transats, jeux pr enfants, livres etc). La terrasse ainsi que le jardin sont des espaces géniaux l’été. Nous pouvons être nombreux sans sentiment de promiscuité. L’impasse permet un réel calme et la petite plage promet de très bonnes baignades ! Sinon la plage la plus proche est à 10 min à pied av un port et une super balade ds une réserve naturelle. L’arrêt de bus et le débarcadère permettent d’accéder à Annecy sans prendre sa voiture. En bref, c’est une maison familiale très agréable et l’accueil y est pr bcp. Nous y reviendrions av plaisir !

Cette maison est très agréable à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur (grand jardin). Les chambres sont spacieuses et donne à chacun pas mal d'intimité. L'espace commun (salon) est séparé de la cuisine et n'est pas très grand par rapport au nombre de chambres mais les jardins (devant et derrière) compensent bien. La maison est très bien située par rapport au lac: petite plage à quelques mètres, plage de Doussard un peu plus loin avec sports nautiques... Et la plage d'Angon à 15 minutes en voiture. Toutes les activités sont à côté: vélo, parapente, canyonning... En revanche, Annecy n'est qu'à 20 km mais en haute saison on met facilement 45min-1heure pour y accéder. Le restaurant Chez ma cousine est très bon avec une vue magnifique. Quelques petits détails à améliorer: - Comme beaucoup de location Il faut payer un supplément de 16 euros/personne pour le linge de maison (pas de problème). Mais ceci n'inclut que les draps pour le nombre de lits exact (pas un supplémentaire au cas où ...) , une serviette par personne et une seule serviette pour la cuisine. De plus les lits n'étaient pas faits et du coup il manquait un drap housse (apporté le lendemain). - la cusine est bien équipée mais la vaisselle (surtout les verres) est un peu vieillissante. - il y a une fuite dans la douche qui j'imagine sera réparée mais avec qu'une serviette par personne... pas facile à éponger. Mais ceci ne sont évidemment que des détails. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances et recommandons la maison.

Nous avons passé un excellent sejout avec nos enfants et petits enfants. Noys avons apprécié la terrasse avec vue sue le lac et le petit jardin. ..ideal avec de jeunes enfants. L accueil a été agréable et très conciliant pour les horaires. La maison est tres bien équipée ...il y a tout ce qu on veut ...même des jeux pour les petits.

Notre séjour a été excellent . La maison est très agréable , fonctionnelle et a beaucoup de charme ; l endroit est merveilleux . Malgré le nombre de personnes important que cette maison peut accueillir chacun y trouve son intimité. La personne responsable de l'accueil est avenant et disponible. Au téléphone et par mail les échanges avec la propriétaire ont été très cordiaux . En résumé : que du positif et à recommander +++++ Jackie

Loge facilement une dizaine de personnes avec de l'espace et en toutes saisons. Un peu loin d'Annecy toutefois, prévoir les temps de trajets. Maison idéalement équipée et un bon contact avec la propriétaire.

Grande maison propre, confortable et très fonctionnelle!! Récemment refaite. Environnement calme et reposant! Proche d'Annecy et de très beaux endroits. Nous avons passé un excellent week end. Seul bémol: les clefs à rendre à 13h ou bien 17h sans intermédiaire possible le dimanche.
