Accomodation & location are both perfect! We'll be back!
Very spacious living room & kitchen, perfect for large groups that want to meet up! The private garden is the BIG plus and is perfect for a little brunch by the sun (if weather allows it) A lot of options for easy walks and get an awesome view of the lake. A really amazing view from the living room itself Toilets are far away from the common spaces, which everybody appreciated in our group There is a shower and a bath in 2 separate rooms, perfect for groups with kids We were a large group and we had no issues with hot water or whatsoever There is a little Spar next door in case you need small thigs, otherwise you can drive for less than 5mn and find a large supermarket with reasonable prices Both the owner (Agnes) and the assistant (Martine) were always very friendly, available and very fast to reply! The check-in was super flexible as we had a code to access a letterbox with the keys
The only small issue is that internet is very slow, it was very difficult to watch any streaming platform

The living space was uncomfortably warm despite two air conditioning units when we arrived but soon cooled down as the warmer weather disappeared. The road the apartment is on is busy and so sleeping with a window open is often noisy. I would recommend a fan in each room for the warmer months.

le séjour à l'appartement était bien mais c'est le temps qui n'était pas au rendez vous
la vue sur le lac, près des principaux commerces
mettre un wc (sanibroyeur) à l'étage la pièce est grande. car un seule wc pour 9 personnes c'est problèmatique et en plus il est en bas et les escaliers sont raids

Une parenthèse dans notre quotidien
Nous avons apprécié la luminosité naturelle dans le salon malgré la pluie et de pouvoir discuter autour d'une tasse de thé sur les 3 canapés très confortables sans être collés les une aux autres car nous étions 8 . Nous avons été agréablement surprise par l'isolation sonore vis à vis de la route. Tout est très bien pensé pour accueillir plusieurs personnes. Sans oublier les lits qui sont très confortables . Nous avons passé une très bon week-end de retrouvailles entre amies dans ce logement très chaleureux. Sans oublier le SPAR à 2 min à pied pour compléter si besoin en cas d'oubli pour les courses et une boulangerie au pied de l'immeuble d'à côté.
