Very pleasant house, ideal for holidays with friends or family.

* On the ground floor:
- an entrance with cupboard and a separate toilet (with washbasin),
- a spacious living room of 50 m2 overlooking the garden and the swimming pool, with a corner sofa convertible into a sleeping area, a fully equipped open kitchen (toaster, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, induction hob and hood, oven, microwave, American fridge, crockery / cutlery, kitchen utensils, raclette machine),
- a double garage of 50 m2 with electric opening, washing machine, dryer.
* Upstairs:
- a vast landing comprising a 140x190 cm sofa bed away from the passage (bedroom 4) and a reading corner,
- a bedroom with double bed 140x190 cm with cupboards and hangers,
- one bedroom with double bed 160x200 cm, with view of the garden and swimming pool, cupboards with hangers, television,
- a bedroom with 2 single beds of 90x190 cm, with view of the garden and swimming pool, closet with hangers,
- a large bathroom with double vanity unit, walk-in shower, bath and separate wc.
* Outside:
- an electric gate with private and lit driveway that can hold 4 cars and 2 garage spaces,
- 8m x 4m pool with counter-current swimming (opening date: April to mid-October) and outdoor shower,
- barbecue, garden furniture, deckchairs, electric awning, table tennis table with rackets.
Facilities:
- Wifi Internet, 2 flat screen TVs, iron and ironing board, clothes horse and clothes pegs.
- Baby kit: travel cot with linen provided, high chair, changing table, tableware for baby / child.

We had an excellent time here. The house is located near a great bakery and is a pleasant walk to the lake. The house itself was very well laid out for our group of seven. Lots of windows and light. The pool was lovely and essential for the grandkids!

Clean home, beautiful property, striking views of the mountains, and nice pool to top it off. Our only regret was not booking a longer stay.

The property was perfectly placed for visiting Annecy. It was fully equipped with everything needed for our stay. One recommendation would be for air conditioning, as the upstairs bedrooms were very warm - the temperature was 31 degrees when we stayed and there was no air upstairs. The garden and pool provided the perfect backdrop for admiring the stunning Mountain View’s, and the pool itself was a welcome addition for cooling off after a day exploring. We would definitely stay again if visiting Annecy.
