Very pleasant house, ideal for holidays with friends or family.

- a spacious living room of 50 m2 overlooking the garden and the swimming pool, with a corner sofa convertible into a sleeping area, a fully equipped open kitchen (toaster, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, induction hob and hood, oven, microwave, American fridge, crockery / cutlery, kitchen utensils, raclette machine),
- a double garage of 50 m2 with electric opening, washing machine, dryer.
* Upstairs:
- a vast landing comprising a 140x190 cm sofa bed away from the passage (bedroom 4) and a reading corner,
- a bedroom with double bed 140x190 cm with cupboards and hangers,
- one bedroom with double bed 160x200 cm, with view of the garden and swimming pool, cupboards with hangers, television,
- a bedroom with 2 single beds of 90x190 cm, with view of the garden and swimming pool, closet with hangers,
- a large bathroom with double vanity unit, walk-in shower, bath and separate wc.
* Outside:
- an electric gate with private and lit driveway that can hold 4 cars and 2 garage spaces,
