The Cocoonr Annecy agency offers you “L’Accès Lac Rivage”, a uniquely located lakeside apartment on the ground floor, with private and direct access to Lake Annecy from its terrace.
Ideally situated on the ground floor of a lakeside residence, this property allows you to enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the lake and surrounding mountains, visible both from the living area and from the two bedrooms. The spacious 50 m² terrace overlooks the lake’s crystal-clear waters and is a true highlight for your stay.
The apartment consists of:

- Bright lounge with sofa bed fully opening onto the terrace
- Open-plan, fully equipped kitchen
Sleeping area:
- Master bedroom with king-size bed (180x200 cm) and lake view
- Queen-size bedroom with bed (160x200 cm) and lake view
- Bathroom with walk-in shower, sink, washing machine, and WC

Easy and adapted PRM access
Outdoors and parking:
- 50 m² terrace with exceptional lake view
- Private direct access to the lake from the terrace via a few steps
- 2 private parking space in the secure residence parking lot (located across the street)

From the apartment, set off for bike rides along the lake, enjoy water activities (swimming, paddleboarding, wakeboarding), explore the hiking trails of the Semnoz, or be charmed by Annecy’s old town. Thrill-seekers can also try paragliding over the lake.
Transport :
Regular SIBRA bus lines Y51 and 15, with a stop near the apartment, provide easy access to Annecy city center (approx. 40 minutes) and nearby beaches (5–20 minutes).
Geneva International Airport is about 1h15 away by car. Bus services and private shuttles also connect Geneva to Annecy. For greater comfort, we recommend taxis or ride-hailing services.
If you come by car, you will have a private parking space in the residence. Public parking is also available nearby if needed.
