The host was super helpful and the location was wonderful.
Location was fantastic, right on the lake and direct access to private beach.
A proper bed might be a bit more comfortable than the sofa-couch. It was OK but it would be helpful to have at least one proper bed.

Not up to expectation for price charged. Please invest in a real bed.

Sofa beds are just not the thing when travelling and being charged a premium. The shower is an issue - the shower head is not fixed and move around like a mad man while trying to shower. We eventually secured it with the clothes rack. The heating is not working properly in the living room (where the bigger sofa bed is) only heating in the small room and bath room. The road noise is really a big issue - there is no way you can rest well at night - noise and a sub par bed 😔. The smell of marijuana of the next door neighbour became unbearable. No WiFi - unfortunately the owner was aware of this issue prior to us moving in - and he informed me that it could only be fixed later in the week - sorry. (When I queried it the next day as I had business commitments). This was a business trip and the unit was chosen because it has WiFi available - I had to pay for a service that was advertised and not there.

Gut ausgerüstete Ferienwohnung mit tollem Ausblick auf den Lac d'Annecy
Wunderbare Lage mit Seeblick, Zugang zu privatem Strand mit Liegewiese, Petanque-Bahnen, Badesteg. Komfortable Ausstattung (auch Küche gut ausgerüstet).
Die Betten sind etwas weich, aber das ist eher eine Geschmackssache als wirklich ein Kritikpunkt.

Le logement était super, propre et bien équipé, parfait pour passer un bon week-end. On a été super bien accueillis, avec plein de petites attentions sympas. Et l’emplacement était top, juste à côté du lac d’Annecy. Je recommande
