Great location for exploring the lake, and nice if you want to get away from the crowds!

Beautiful location and the private beach was amazing for breakfast on the pontoon and a swim at the end of the day. Nice to be away from the crowds in Annecy!!

The weather was very hot so the apartment was hot, but we didn’t spend much time there.

Being so close to the lake and a warm welcome by the host was amazing. The accommodation was very nicely presented and people in the same building were welcoming. We enjoyed our very brief stop over and would spend more time there again!

Thankfully only a 1 night stay but totally over priced

The photos of this property makes it look quite special, however upon arrival if felt like a hostel apartment. Very dated and small. Not worth the money charged at all in fact I wouldn’t pay half what they charge. Bath plug broken, water tepid, coffee machine broken. Minimal kitchen equipment only suite for two really. Pillows were more like sheets of paper (glad we brought our own.) we booked property mainly for private lake area but again this was run down and needed tidying up. There are over places in Annecy for half the price so we wouldn’t return

Plenty of parking, near to where we wanted to go, comfortable bed. Very clean.

A bit cramped. Did not resemble what we saw on the site.

Well equipped apartment,view, beach...though we only spent 5 minutes on it.

Bathroom down several steep stairs from bedroom near kitchen..prefer on same level as bedroom ,especially if one had to use it during the night...fall hazard. Apartment up 30 stairs from ground level so only take minimal supplies, clothes etc. Toilet had been used before our arrival..yuk!

L'emplacement face au lac avec une petite plage privée facilement accessible. La proximité de bons restaurants. La bonne communication avec l'hôte.

La chaleur de l'appartement quasi impossible à rafraîchir malgré l'ouverture des fenêtres la nuit et la fermeture de tous les volets en journée. L'absence de lumière dans la chambre principale (à part la lampe de chevet (peut-être un problème d'interrupteur ou d'ampoule) Pas de torchon pour essuyer la vaisselle, seulement 2 petites cuillères.

Génial en famille!!

C'était génial, le bord du lac est extraordinaire, petit-déj dehors avec place de jeux! Cuisine, Salon et espace à manger pratique et bien équipé.

Il vaut mieux ne pas être un adulte pour dormir en haut du lit à étage, il grince bcp..
