About this apartment rental
A very bright 76-square-meter apartment on the first floor of a contemporary house built in 2023. It is located near Lake Annecy, with views of the mountains, less than 2 km from the beaches, on the edge of the Bout du Lac nature reserve. The lakeside bike path runs right past the house.
The apartment features spacious living areas with a design that combines exposed concrete, oak, and metal.
The apartment includes a large separate bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed, and a second 160-cm bed is built into an alcove that opens onto the living room. A large closet. A kitchen that’s partially open to the dining area. A living room with a sofa and armchairs.
The apartment opens directly onto a very large furnished terrace with two lounge chairs and a table for outdoor dining. The garden has yet to be landscaped; for now, it’s a small meadow of wild grasses and wildflowers.
Fiber-optic internet hasn’t been installed in the neighborhood yet; Wi-Fi works, but don’t expect high-speed internet.

My wife and I had a wonderful time. Our hosts could not have been more helpful and friendly. The apartment is perfect, in a great location. We would love to go back there very soon!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The apartment is beautifully decorated and the owners have clearly put a lot of thought into what makes for a comfortable and practical rental property - nothing was missing, they even provided beach towels! The terrace has fabulous views of the mountains - it's a lovely spot for a morning coffee/evening beer.
The location is very convenient, right by the cycle path for easy access to the shops in Doussard and the local beaches, and further afield into the mountains or towards Annecy.
The owners were friendly and very quick to respond when we had questions.
We loved it so much we are already planning a return visit!
