Come enjoy Lake Annecy with family or friends.
Our townhouse, located in the hamlet at the end of the lake, just 3 km from the center of Doussard, offers immediate access to the lake and the mountains.

The bike path is 50 meters from the house. It takes you to the center of the village of Doussard, where you’ll find all the shops (post office, restaurants, pharmacy, butcher shops, Carrefour Contact, newsstand)
During the summer season, there’s a market every Monday morning.

Doussard Beach is a 5-minute bike ride along the bike path and a 12-minute walk
The small beach at the end of the lake is 200 meters away.

Annecy is 15 KM away and accessible via the bike path. There’s a bus stop right in front of the house (Annecy–Albertville line).

The house is on a cul-de-sac and can accommodate 6 people.
The rental includes bed linens and towels.

The layout is reversed; you enter on the upper floor, where you’ll find:

- 3 bedrooms, a bathroom (with a bathtub), and a separate toilet.
- One bedroom with a 160x200 double bed
- One bedroom with a 140x190 double bed
- One bedroom with two 80x190 single beds
- A travel crib is available.

On the first floor:

- The main room features an open-concept kitchen and dining area, with direct access to the 45 m² wooden deck (barbecue). Part of the deck is covered, which is nice for cooler evenings.
- The TV lounge area features a fireplace and two sofas.
- An utility room houses the appliances (washer and dryer).
- A shower room with a toilet.

You can park three cars in front of the house.

Good to know: The road that runs along the lake passes right by the house, so the noise may bother those seeking absolute peace and quiet; however, this location offers proximity to the lake and a breathtaking view!

This is an ideal spot between the lake and the mountains for a wonderful vacation.

- Water sports center (Doussard Beach): catamaran, kayak, and windsurfing rentals; water skiing; pedal boats; stand-up paddleboarding…
- Paragliding, tennis, and bike trails.
- Dock in front of the house (boat mooring rings available for rent at city hall)

The Bout du Lac Nature Reserve offers a beautiful walk that’s very accessible, even for young children.

The Giez golf course is 7 km away, and the Talloires golf course is 12 km away.

Quick access to ski resorts: 30–35 km to La Clusaz, Le Grand Bornand, and Le Semnoz.

Since the house is a semi-detached home on a cul-de-sac with neighbors, parties and late-night noise are not permitted. Thank you for your understanding.
