Great host, lovely property in a very good location. Very well equipped with great view of the lake. Very private. Had a very relaxing stay; would definitely stay again.

Good location for lake, lovely views, very relaxing, great link to the cycling track around the lake, short distance to lake activities. Hosts very helpful . Only down side is you can hear the road from the property but no heavy lorries etc so just general traffic heard - wound definitely stay here again .

We had a lovely week in August, despite the mixed weather. The property is really well equipped and nicely decorated, a real home from home. Location means you have to drive to shops, bakery etc but it’s not far and you can walk to the nearest beach area and a couple of restaurants. The owners are great, communication all the way through was brilliant. The road between the property and the lake can get busy but you don’t see it, just hear it. The closest restaurant is pricey but worth it and you can walk in a couple of minutes (Chez ma Cousine). We would definitely recommend!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in diesem schönen Ferienhaus. Alles war perfekt, die Lage mit Blick auf den See und die Berge (nur die Straße war leider sehr laut -wir haben uns aber daran gewöhnt), die Einrichtung und die Kommunikation mit Laetitia. Vielen lieben Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Superbe location, l'accueil par la propriétaire est excellent, on a l'impression d'être voisin et pas un locataire, la maison est très bien entretenue, vue extraordinaire, le WE était trop court. Je recommande fortement cette location. Merci Laëtitia, c'était un plaisir de venir chez vous.

Location très agréable avec vue sur le lac, situation immédiate sur les pistes cyclables. Jardin très sympa et fermé (chaises longues, salon, ...). Location très bien équipée (ustensiles, plats, barbecue...) et même des jouets pour les enfants. Hôte très accueillante et qui nous a donné toutes les infos nécessaires pour notre séjour et arrangeante pour l'heure de départ. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille et recommandons sans hésitation cette location.

Maison très lumineuse offrant une magnifique vue sur le lac. Très bien équipée, spacieuse, fidèle à l'annonce. La propriétaire est très sympathique et disponible. Nous sommes satisfait de notre séjour et comptons y retourner lors d'une autre saison.

Fidèle aux photos( moderne, extrêmement propre, spacieuse, très bien équipée...) Accueil et échanges très sympathiques avec la propriétaire du lieu. Proximité immédiate de tout ce que l'on vient chercher près du lac d'Annecy( piste cyclable proche, accès aux massifs, aux commerces, etc...) Le seul bémol (non caché dans l'annonce) la proximité de la route principale mais les prestations sont telles que cela a peu d'incidence.( gênant uniquement si on est en recherche de calme absolu). Très satisfait de notre séjour

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans cette très belle location avec vue sur le lac idéalement située : accès à la piste cyclable et à la plage. Nombreuses activités à faire : baignades, vélo, rando, pédalo ... et pour les plus téméraires parapente ... Région à visiter en toute saison.

La description du logement et les photos sont très fidèles à la réalité: deux chambres avec vue sur le lac, un séjour spacieux, ouvert sur une terrasse ombragée et sur une autre avec toutes les 2 vue sur le lac, équipement de cuisine très complet + barbecue au gaz, logement très propre et lingerie de lit impeccable le tout à 50 m d'un accès au lac et à 10mn de la plage à pied.Il ne manque que des chaises longues pour le jardin.
