Overall a really good value place to stay; no frills but will definitely come back.

Room was well equipped, everything worked, on-site facilities were good (pool, games room, somewhere to store bikes). Place was quiet, lots of parking and location was great.

Breakfast was expensive (hence I did not take it) and it looked very basic from what I saw.

Ideal base for exploring on a bike

Great situation- ideal for cyclists with easy cycleway access to Annecy and Albertville. Staff very pleasant and apartment well equipped. Swimming Pool was a bonus.

Should be been clearer there were only double beds. Children found bedbugs on their sheets, which is not acceptable.

Shame that this place is not managed properly (poor hygiene and service)

The location was convenient as we were attending an event nearby. There is a large parking and so it's easy and convenient to park. All the buildings have lifts which is a plus and all the studios have a balcony which is nice for the ones with a view.

The check in is only from 4pm which is quite late, with no option to check in early as the reception is simply closed before. The room/studio was not very clean and very poorly equipped (no cutlery, no ashtray, etc.). The balcony was very dirty and full of bird excrement. Each guest is responsible for cleaning up the dishes before leaving, so that says a lot about the hygiene there, especially when they don't even provide washing liquid or any products to clean up! When we got there, we had no sheets or towels in the room as they were out of stock... so we basically booked the accommodation for the night but they didn't have enough linen in stock... They finally offered some sheets later in the evening (not enough for all 3 beds) but no duvet covers not pillow cases. They didn't offer any solutions ("there is nothing they can do about it") and if we hadn't pushed for one, we literally would have had to sleep directly on the used bare pillows and duvets - which they seemed not to have a problem with. Also good to know that they do not provide with shampoo, soap, etc. and there is nowhere you can get some at a walking distance.

The check-in is only after 16.. when our wedding already started. The checkout was at 10!? The breakfast was nice but 10 is very early for a 16 check-in.

too expensive for what you get

-no service at all - you need to take care of everything by yourself (putting the covers on your bedding, cleaning etc.) in order to make everything ready for the next guest -fight to receive keys -the reception opening times are very short -the check out with 10 is very early keeping in mind that you need to do all cleaning and prepare everything for the next person -high price considering that it’s all self service rooms are already a bit aged

Lovely residency in the mountains.

1. The gradual improvement of the staff services. It was quite hard before and at our arrival, but it became very good towards the end of our stay. We would like to compliment especially Ms. Korally for her most freindly and helpful service. 2. The isolated location in the nature. 3. The swimming pools and the game room. 4. The fresh air!

1. The opening hours of the office. Sometimes it was closed at 18.00. 2. The limited supply of bed linen and toilet paper. 3. The opening sofas in our rooms.

Good short notice find.

Good location not far from Lac d'Annecy, but much quieter than the lake area. Comfortable sofa bed. Nice balcony for eating/relaxing. No Aircon but the design kept the room reasonably cool.

The bathroom was not particularly clean. We were able to improve it simply by buying some bleach for the toilet. There was a full sized dishwasher but not enough crockery and cutlery to facilitate using it. We had to wash up as we went along - which is fine but then the dishwasher is a waste.

in a more global sense than most readers would understand, the lighting. both the lighting inside the rental unit BUT ESPECIALLY the street lighting that prevents one from enjoying the balcony from before dusk until after dawn.

Basic

Location is good despite a bit far out

Very basic accommodation, probably 2-star equivalent. We arrived at 23h and they forgot to provide the bed sheets. As the reception closes at 7pm, we had to sleep without it. You need to clean the kitchen and remove the bedding before you leave. The finishing and decorations would need a serious upgrade (the apartments have probably been built 20 years ago with cheap materials and you feel the age)

At the day of arrival the apartment was not ready at 16:00 but only at 18:00. Such things can happen but the way it was handled by the staff was poor. No apologies, a free drink or whatsoever was offered.

Location

The rooms are furnished cheaply with orange pine and a sofa bed. It was soulless and reminded me of a correctional facility. No soft furnishing, no paintings, no color, just a hard chair a sofa bed and a bathroom. On top of that you have to pay €100 caution before even seeing the room. I have never been asked for a caution in a hôtel before.

Situated very nice to discover mountains and lake area

The (heated) outside swimming pool was very nice. The restaurant near the Golf course has amazing food. The dog was welcomed in the apartment.

Fantastic view on the Mont Blanc. Situated near the Golf course. Studio was not easy to unlock. Some of the nights were very noisy (people talking and laughing very loudly).
