Minimalistic offering, but clean and comfortable. Cute little surprises like a breakfast nook. With traffic, it is farther from lake than we would have guessed, but I do highly suggest staying south of the lake (as this property is), you are an hour (in traffic) from the city of Annency, but we did not think the city was that great to visit. You are about 30 mins (traffic) from lake activities (paragliding, swimming, some restaurants). Grocery store 15 mins. Some restaurants 15 mins. We were not keen on the neighborhood and even had a police visit outside our window for some neighbor issues. I would not stay there alone as a woman, but felt safe enough with husband. It's a grey area for how safe it feels in the little village where the houses are close together and some are nicely redone and others in disrepair. I would stay here again, I am only noting for potential solo female travelers.
