L’aménagement de l’espace cuisine-séjour est à revoir: meublé lit prenant trop de place et assise inconfortable: un vrai canapé convertible serait mieux.

The location is perfect. Also having a private car park, beach area and secure grounds makes the place feel safe and relaxed. The apartment is compact but provides a great base for our short vacation on Lake Annecy. All the facilities worked as they should and the apartment is very quiet at night. The host was also very helpful and provided great instructions for accessing the property and car park.
There were a few small areas of dust and cobwebs in certain rooms, but these things generally do not trouble us. Some guests however may have a comment to make about such things.

Le cadre très agréable
Le logement manquait un peu de confort, les chambres très petites et literie pas top. Impression que les draps et housses de couettes ne sont pas changés entre chaque client. Le sol et les escaliers menant aux chambres pas aspirés ni lavés prestations ménages de 80 euros inexistant. Dommage.
