We loved the quiet location directly onto the lake. It’s felt incredibly special to be able to have direct access into the lake. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay.

The location having direct access to Lake Annecy
It looks tired and it’s tooo hot. On arrival the place was not clean, raised it with the owner and she came and hoovered. It still wasn’t great as there was so much black dog hair on both floors. Miss match of crockery and glasses, only two mugs.
