The view from the apartment is wonderful! The kitchen is also good and the living room is pleasant but mostly because of the view.

the apartment was not well cleaned, there were many spider webs and spiders inside the house and on the terrace. They don’t mention that there is no place to throw away the trash. We stayed for 5 nights and we have a baby. I asked via WhatsApp where to dispose of the garbage, and I was surprised to learn that it was not on the property, and it’s also not easily accessible. The trash has to be transported in your own car, and but you are only informed after checking that you MUST take out the garbage yourself. The bathroom is also old and has no ventilation, which means it smells bad. I had to buy an air freshener for the bathroom. The bathtub drain is broken and the management suggested I would have to open it with a knife. Additionally I stayed 5 nights and were given 1 towel pp. There are candles all over the house, but they were all empty. One was half-used, but they should either replace or remove them, because it looks dirty. The house has 3 bedrooms, but they only prepared 2 of them because they assumed I wouldn’t need all of them. However, I think this changes the presentation of the house. The biggest reason I’m writing this review it’s because I also found it a bit awkward when the manager came to the apartment for check out. She checked everything, all the rooms, as she should, and we talked, but while my husband was loading the car, she stayed inside the apartment. When he needed to go back upstairs, she followed him. I understand it may have been for security reasons, but it gives the impression that we could steal something. In that case, what is the point of the €800 deposit? I also was annoyed by her attitude to colect anything we left behind and bring to me as you must take this out, for example a bottle of mineral water that it was in the bedroom, she also asked me where did I find the ironing board and I didn’t even used it.

Incredible views over the lake for this spacious apartment

The apartment is exactly as shown on the pictures: very large living room with open kitchen, design furniture, piano, large sliding doors to the terrace with incredible views of the Lac d'Annecy. Well-equiped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, micro wave, stove, enough cutlery and crockery, etc. 3 bedrooms, one of which is rather small, 1 large bathroom with shower over the bath and 1 separate toilet. Spacious terrace with dining table and chairs, a lounge part and BBQ. Quiet location although main road very close by, big private parking space. Located on the top floor of a 2 storey building. Downstairs neighbours very quiet. Good internet, clean, easy and flexible contact with the agency responsible for the rental. One of the most beautiful rentals we ever had. Feeling as if staying in the house of a friend.

We stayed in the apartment end of June during a heatwave with unusual high temperatures up to 37C and more. As the large windows in the living room have no shutters or curtains, from 9 o'clock on until the end of the afternoon, the temperature in the apartment became unbearable, because the apartment has no air-conditioning. We could use 4 ventilators, but even with these 4 running, we were unable to stay in the apartment during the day. We understand that this was an unusual situation, but we would strongly recommend the owner to instal an AC or at least provide a mobile AC as the rest of the apartment is definitively high standard. Unfortunately, this heat inside spoiled a bit our stay. We would absolutely like to come back, but not in summer season anymore.

Un bon moment passé entre amis, qui aurait pu être légèrement être mieux si plus propre...

Magnifique vue et appartement très sympa. La terrasse est incroyable! Rue en contre bas mais pas dérangeant. Des fenêtres sont placées tout autour de l'habitation ce qui offre une vue sur la montagne peut importe où l'on se trouve (même sous la douche)

Manque de propreté alors que nous avons payé 130euros pour le nettoyage, soit les précédents ne l'ont pas fait, soit c'est mal fait... Je précise que nous avions deux chiens, raison peut-être pour laquelle nous avons payé 130euros et pas moins.

Bel appartement avec vue sur le lac

Bel appartement spacieux, décoré avec soin. Il est très bien équipé (à part des torchons qui manquent). On se sent tout de suite à l'aise dans les lieux qui offrent une vue magnifique sur le lac et les montagnes en face. La communication avec l'hôte était facile et sympathique.

L'emplacement n'est pas au bord du lac comme le laisse supposer habilement les photos de l'annonce, il y a une route entre le lac et la maison qui est sur les hauteurs. L'annonce indiquait qu'une bouteille de champagne était offerte, mais à la place il y avait une bouteille de vin.
