The Cocoonr agency offers this stunning family residence completely renovated in 2022 by a renowned architect. Combining elegance and comfort, this exceptional 170 m² home can accommodate up to 10 guests and offers the perfect setting for a relaxing stay on the shores of Lake Annecy.

From the house, the terrace, the landscaped garden, or the private beach just opposite, take in the breathtaking views over the crystal-clear waters of Lake Annecy. With its private pontoon and fully equipped beach area (across the road), Villa Riviera offers a truly exclusive lakeside experience.

- Bedroom 1 (mountain view, east-facing): two single beds (can be joined), TV, en-suite shower room, SONOS system.
First floor

The house is located on the side of the road, separated from the private beach by the road connecting Annecy to Albertville. This road can be busy during the season.
To access the private beach, it is therefore necessary to cross the national road.

- Geneva International Airport is approximately 1 hour away by car. Bus and private shuttle services also connect Geneva to Annecy. For greater comfort, we recommend using taxis or private hire vehicles.
- If you choose to come by car, private parking spaces are available in the garage and along the road in front of the residence.
