About this villa rental
Discover this magnificent new villa of 170 m², located in a peaceful housing estate in Doussard, on the shores of Lake Annecy. Ideal for relaxing holidays with family or friends, it offers a privileged setting between nature and comfort. Bathed in light and facing south, the villa enjoys a large partially enclosed plot of 1,000 m² with a private heated pool, thus a spa (will be install mid september 2026), perfect for unwinding in serenity while overlooking the mountains. The modern and warm interior includes a master suite on the ground floor, as well as three additional bedrooms upstairs, including a second master suite. A third bathroom completes the sleeping area. Its spacious living and dining room opens onto a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for sharing convivial moments. For leisure, a games room on the ground floor with a TV area, foosball table, and arcade machine will delight both young and old. A media space located upstairs complements the amenities. Outside, a heated pool and its facilities invite you to fully enjoy the exceptional setting and breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. You will enjoy the points of interest that our beautiful region offers: village center with numerous shops just a 5-minute walk away, bike path 1 km away for cycling around the lake, beach and water sports base 5 minutes away, and Annecy 15 km away along the lake. Giez Golf Course is 5 km away and Talloires is 12 km away. Various mountain resorts are nearby.
