De locatie aan het meer.
De leefruimte van het appartement was heel klein. Alles was er , maar oud . Een rommeltje bij elkaar .

Lage und Ausrichtung des Appartments, kleiner Garten mit direktem Zugang zu Liegewiese und See, umfangreiche Küchenausstattung, Lage und Umgebung des Ortes Duingt, tolles Restaurant in Gehentfernung, zeitliche Flexibilität der Betreuerin beim Check-In, ausreichende Parkmöglichkeiten, geräumiger Bootssteg mit Seeeinstiegen, Ausblick vom Seeufer, klares Wasser im See, Nähe zum Radschnellweg, zum Strandbad, zum Bäcker. Die gut funktionierende Klimaanlage.
Die vielen Motorboote. Die Arroganz und/oder Rücksichtslosigkeit einiger anderer Gäste / Eigentümer anderer Einheiten in der Anlage. Die heruntergekommenen Flure.
