Les Roseaux du Lac - 7 appartements situés dans une résidence posée au bord du lac d'Annecy

Great location and very clean, comfortable, quiet flat with a beautiful view of the lake. Kitchen was well equipped. Loved the overall complex and access to the lake for swimming.

The washing machine in the flat was broken and the agency were beyond crap in sorting it out, which was annoying. There was no blind on the window in one of the bedrooms - this really needs to be installed because it affects the ability to sleep on early bright mornings. The pillows were a bit uncomfortable. Lastly, not the apartment's fault in any way but the food options in the area are expensive and limited, which was a shame.

De leefruimte van het appartement was heel klein. Alles was er , maar oud . Een rommeltje bij elkaar .

Die Lage direkt am See ist gut.

Die Klimaanlage war extrem laut, so dass man nicht schlafen konnte. Für 4 Personen gab es nur 2 Liegestühle, teilweise zerrissen und nicht mehr stabil. Wir hatten eine Wohnung mit Waschmaschine. Die war leider kaputt. In der Email sagte man uns, dass man sich darum kümmert. Nach einer Woche immer noch keine Waschmaschine. Im WC gab es keine Haken für Handtücher und im Bad hing eine Lampe lose herum in der Fassung. Der Teppich in der Küche war sehr schmuddelig und die Küche hatte Metallstühle wie im Garten. Sehr ungemütlich. Insgesamt war die Wohnung overprized. Auf meine Email kam keine Reaktion.
