About this house rental

Close to snowboarding, cross-country skiing, and more, this pet-friendly vacation home brings it all within reach. Thanks to the convenient onsite parking, you can either leave your vehicle behind and let your feet make short work of the 9-minute walk to Lake Annecy, or easily tackle the quick 3-minute drive to Menthon Castle.

After you return, unwind in the garden or sip a drink on the deck or patio, and don't forget about the outdoor furniture. As for the great indoors, you can come inside and enjoy the free WiFi and TV.

Our family stayed for three weeks and had an excellent stay. The house is ideally located about 10-12min walk from the lake and 5-7min walk from the town with a few excellent restaurants and a great bakery, butcher, etc. We had an incredible stay and the host was responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Nous avons passe de bonnes vacances. Le jardin etait bien clos pour notre chien et la présence d un climatiseur pendant la canicule etait appreciable. La proximite des commerces et du lac est top.

Séjour agréable dans cette maison de village même si le beau temps n’a pas toujours été au rendez-vous. Peut être souligner que le logement est peu adapté à des enfants en bas âge (moins de 2 ans) la présence d’un escalier ouvert (absolument superbe!) à tous les étages rendant leurs déplacements périlleux.
