Head downstairs to the ground floor to find the remaining bedrooms and games room. The first-floor terrace is a lovely spot to enjoy a drink while you admire the views. Or head down to the above-ground wooden swimming pool heated by a warm water pump (size: 5.80m x 5.80m) and pétanque pitch. The house is situated in the hills above Lake Annecy close to all holiday activities, at the entrance of the village of Bluffy. Various walking / mountain bike tours in the mountains are possible passing by Villard and Alex. Nearest convenience stores in the village of Menthon St Bernard at about 2.5 km.
