As expected it was low frills and functional. Location was excellent for me.

Room service was unreliable and more than once my room was not cleaned. However, the staff (when you saw them) were always helpful and friendly.

Very handy location, super close to MRT, eateries and shopping malls. Staff are very friendly and helpful. They managed to get me a cab to go to the Kowloon Express train station.Room size is OK.

The floor can easily get soak outside the shower room.
