    i barely ever write bad reviews but the room had really really bad sound proofing system. I could literally hear everything from my neighbour, from the water tap running to … you know what. The lady at the reception had such a bad attitude. When I asked a simple question, she didnt stop what she was doing, didn’t look up and didn’t give clear instruction.

    We stayed here for 3 nights, and we had a great experience! All of the staff were very nice and accommodating. We were warmly welcomed downstairs, and one of the staff members proactively guided us to the elevator and showed us where to check in on the 10th floor. When we entered, the facilities were clean and pleasing, and the staff who assisted us spoke good English. We arrived around 11 AM, and they were kind enough to let us check in early, which we really appreciated. The room was clean, well air-conditioned, and had everything we needed, including toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, body wash, and a hair dryer. I also appreciated having a water dispenser on every floor, which was very convenient. The hotel was quiet, and its location was great—just a short walk from the TST MTR station and convenience stores. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. 10/10! I would definitely stay here again when I come back to Hong Kong. Highly recommended!

    Hotel Hart has a good location but that's where the benefit ends. The room is extremely small even for smaller adult under 5"10. The bathroom has ZERO VENTING! This is terrible because you need venting to prevent MOLD. The show has frosted class with a section that is clear. This is not good bathroom very tight, and NOT HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE OR ELDERLY FRIENDLY. The AC WAS DRIPPING WATER AND MOLD WAS VISIBLE INSIDE THE ROOM! Unhealthy and unsafe. Just these alone is enough NOT to book. AVOID and do not stay here. Pay more and find a place that is not a health hazard! Caveat emptor!
