Location, cleanliness, and elevator available.
Require a bit of walking distance to get to train stations but it is manageable.

For a Hong Kong (is always expensive) price is ok I would say, it’s in busy Tsim Sha Tsui, access to Metro is about 7 minutes walk and 2 minutes walk away to Airport bus from Chatham road south, breakfast is ok, not bad. Close to the Jummah masjid Kowloon mosque (very famous) only five minutes walk.
Nothing to be honest, apart from a little climb to get to the hotel, for elderly people hotel staff assistant is there.

Facilities were nice and clean.
The room was big enough for two people with enough space compared to other hotels.
They clean the room daily, bathroom was clean and good water pressure.
Room had good noise isolation so we didn’t have issues to sleep. There was a note apologizing about some potential noise from the construction next to the hotel, but we didn’t hear any noise.
Location is 10-15 min walk from the MTR station and close to restaurants and bars. Still quiet to rest at night.
Breakfast is good.. normal buffet menu (nothing crazy).
As expected the hill to access the hotel. You can take the elevator from the parking area, but it’s not open all the time.
Keep in mind the distance to the promenade and MTR is not that close. 10-15 minutes in case you have kids or difficulties to walk around.
