    The hotel is in a very convenient location. We took a bus from the airport and got off very close to the hotel. It was only about a three-minute walk from the bus stop. The staff were very friendly and always greeted us with a smile. They also offered to help with our luggage, which made the check-in experience very pleasant. The room was quite spacious, especially compared with other hotels we have stayed at in Hong Kong. It was also very clean. The floor and the bed were both clean, and the bed was comfortable. There was no unpleasant smell in the room or in the bathroom. I think toothbrushes and toothpaste were provided, but we brought our own, so we did not open them. For travelers coming to Hong Kong, it may still be a good idea to bring your own dental kit. There are many places to eat around the hotel. You can easily find Hong Kong-style food, Japanese food, Korean food, and more. There are also supermarkets and many convenience stores nearby. The hotel is close to Tsim Sha Tsui Baptist Church, the Hong Kong Science Museum, and the Hong Kong Museum of History. It takes about ten minutes to walk to the Avenue of Stars, Nathan Road, and the MTR station, so getting around is very easy. Overall, we had a very good stay. It would be even better if conditioner could be provided in the room, and a smart toilet with washing functions would make the bathroom more comfortable. The exhaust fan in the bathroom made a little vibrating noise, but it was fine once we turned it off at night. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay.

    Location is great nesr fast foods, convenience stores, mtr. Big rooms, fast wifi, super duper clean restrooms. floorings beddings all are clean. staffs are great

    When I came back to the room at night after a long day of working, the ceiling lights were not working. In the morning, they finally turned on but were flickering. Reported to the lobby before I went out, and it was rectified that night when I came back the next night. But taking a shower for the first time, there was an alarming experience of the shower door being suctioned closed, and there being no inner handle for me to pull the door open. I had to pry the door open with wet fingers. Staff were exceptional throughout my stay, and are easily the best part of this entire experience.

    Overall is good especially the bedding is comfortable and the pillow as well . The bad side is the amenities provided is not much only toothbrush since the hotel value is not cheap . The room spacious is small , not enough to keep the luggage open .
