Stayed one night on 21/F, with a small balcony. Good size room for solo or double. Within 10min walk to metro station. Within 5 min walk: supermarket, convenience stores, lots of local eateries, hawker street etc

The location is rather a distance from MTR Station. The guest room is clean and has a glimpse of Hongkong skyline

We stayed for 3 nights and regret to stayed here. 1. The shower head is broken, we can't adjust it, only can lean it against the wall. 2. Water heater can't adjusted, it will cold if we adjust the hot or cold water. Our skin getting red due to dry with hot water (can't adjust to warm) 3. We are allergie with dust, our body itchy when in the room. I even can see dust on my mobile phone when in off (black) position. 4. I want to complain about our room and call to receptionist, but the phone only "display" no staff at lobby all day long. The staff only available at next building (at the international chain Brand) which we can't call by phone and we already tired to go there. 5. The room very small ( more comfortable at the bathroom instead of at the bedroom) The good things is the man at FO who handle us, when we asked to keep our luggage. He have a good manner and attitude. I'm not sure if he is the FOM or similar position. But the room very horrible, I can't sleep well every night.
