    We had a great stay at this hotel. It was clean, convenient, and in a great location. The rooms are relatively small, but I think that’s pretty standard for Hong Kong, so it wasn’t an issue for us. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They kindly accommodated our late check-out request until 1 PM at no extra charge, and they also upgraded one of our rooms so our friends and we could stay side by side, which we really appreciated. The location is excellent. There’s a 7-Eleven and a Market Place supermarket just a 2-minute walk away, while Jordan MTR Station is only a 7–10 minute walk from the hotel. There are also plenty of restaurants, cafés, and bars around the area, and there’s even a café right below the hotel if you’re looking for a quick coffee or breakfast. One feature we absolutely loved was that every room comes with a Marshall speaker. It was such a nice touch to have music playing while getting ready. The only downside is that the hotel doesn’t provide complimentary bottled water. However, there is a water dispenser on every floor, so if you bring your own bottle, you can easily refill it. For those planning to visit Disneyland, an Uber ride took us around 30 minutes, which we thought was very reasonable. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located place to stay in Hong Kong.

    Very disappointed with our stay. We discovered bedbugs in the bedding, and both of us were bitten. This is unacceptable for any hotel, as cleanliness and hygiene should be a top priority. It completely ruined our experience. I hope the management takes immediate action to resolve this issue.
