A really lovely stay with our 3 grandchildren, the caravan is spotlessly clean & very comfortable..nice & warm on arrival too. It is very well equipped & has everything you need. Very comfortable beds & we all slept well. Communication with owner was great & very reasonably priced for 5 people. We will definitely return.
Nothing to dislike. It was great.

Superb location with a stunning seaview. On arrival, the property was clean, towels suppplied, all nicely layed out, and it was very clear that a lot of effort was made to make us feel welcome, which we really appreciate. The kitchen was fully fitted with necessary equipment for us to cook, with coffees and milk suppplied, which was very nice and thoughtful.
We were very pleased that there was an ensuite, and a large wardrobe. Plenty of room! Property has a lovely balcony with table and chairs. There are 2 TV's there, and we trully felt spoilt
It is located a short walk to the beach, which was perfect.
We did enjoy staying there and would definitely book again.
Master bedroom bed was very comfy, maybe a bit too soft for our liking, but it was nice. The second bedroom mattress unfortunately were not comfortable on both beds, and both of our kids complaint. We did use the pullout sofa, but it was also very hard.

1. The caravan was finished in wonderful decor.
2. Lots of cooking equipment, utensils, pots & pans etc.
Nice to have basic tea, coffee, sugar & milk provided.
3. Located in a quiet location on the park, away from the noisy club/restaurant area
4. Wi-Fi on site was good.
5. We recommend The Red Lion family pub on Blandford Road, at the end of Lake Road, for good value meals with good sized helpings. It's advisable to book, unless you sit outside like we did (but the weather was good!).
1. Oh the mattress on the main bed was the biggest and probably the only let-down of all.
It was so spongy and two people inevitably ended up in the middle. I don't know what it is why people think that a soft, spongy, mattress it 'comfortable'(?).
We decided to sleep on the floor in the lounge and barely got 4 hours sleep each night. NOT what you come on holiday for.
In the end, I was glad to get home today and be in my own bed - with a decent orthopaedic-type mattress.
2. My two daughters also didn't like the soft mattresses on the two single beds.
3. The rip-off £10/day for extra membership passes. That's £50/day for our family to swim and to get access to evening entertainment venue. Needless to say, we didn't bother.
4.There was no security onsite. Seems like anyone could drive onto site down Napier Road and wander around the caravans. A bit concerning.

The accommodation was lovely - really clean, surprisingly spacious and well equipped, plus a lovely view.
We bought the Haven activity passes to use the swimming pool etc, but hadn’t been registered by the owner with Haven so were unable to use the online booking system. This was probably because we made a last minute booking but I would recommend trying to get registered with Haven in advance of arrival to make sure you can book any particular activities if possible. (Haven didn’t provide any written info about activities or how to book them when I bought the passes from Reception). Being the summer holidays things were very booked up when I went to book in person at the Activity Hub.
I have to say though that Warren the owner was really responsive at trying to help us get sorted out 😊 and it wouldn’t put us off recommending the place or coming back again.

The caravan was incredibly clean, comfortable, well equipped and in a great location…gorgeous view and so close to the little beach area. We felt very happy and relaxed there. We would love to stay again.
The staff on the campsite were very pleasant and the campsite facilities were excellent for children.
All in all one of our best short breaks!

Close to sea, quietist location, well equipped and hot water really hot in showers and host allowed our dog to come and stay.
Tv's kept flickering through all programmes, heating kept cutting out so we had to reset boiler & passes for evening bar not included.

This is the best caravan l have ever stayed in, very very clean and great views. Everything you needed was supplied even down too tea & coffee. It was more like a hotel vacation than a caravan. Fridge/freezer, washing machine and even a dishwasher with all detergents/tablets supplied. The views were fantastic and the beach 2 minute walk away, with plenty of watersports available. 100% perfect, the owners should be very proud.

Great size property with well equipped kitchen and lounge. Very comfortable double bedroom with en-suite. Plus twin bedroom and shower room. The decking with table and chairs provided a view of the harbour with beach close by. The site had all necessary amenities and beautiful nature reserve which stretched down to the beach. All in all both the holiday home and the site make a great place to stay and relax.
Nothing!

Had an amazing time, we were in Bournemouth for the cheerleading competition.
We had a fantastic stay, and the caravan was lovely.
We were supposed to go on Sunday but ended up extending our stay til Monday.
The site was great and the girls loved the outdoor pool.
Because the campsite was full of cheerleaders and families they hadn't really catered for all those people.
Ie: pizza place had to close due to being so behind with orders.
The queue for the outdoor pool was ridiculous,
They stated it was full but most of the parents weren't swimming, so therefore they should have some sort of system In place ie: bands for non swimmers.

Lovely comfortable holiday home everything you need , best bed I've had on holiday good nights sleep , situated in a quiet area away from main park noise . Poole is 10 mins by car , the harbour has plenty of restaurants, coffee shops . Take the ferry to Bramble Bay worth a visit .

Location of our lodge was perfect. Communication was great and all worked as it should. Hot water and clean comfortable beds. Great to have an en suite to our room. Would stay again.
No negatives at all.

Location, nice views, very clean. Never stayed in a static caravan before and this was a pleasant surprise. There were only 2 of us plus our dog so it worked out very spacious.
No wifi available, unless you pay at reception. Hadn't realised this before booking. Found the double bed quite uncomfortable so slept on the sofa the second night - that was much better!

amazing, super clean and the facilities were perfect. Costal weekend away in a caravan, my biggest fear was being cold. The caravan’s heating was amazing, fast and it was like a sauna <3 I loved it. Everything was clean and we was provided with so much bits to make our weekend that bit easier, bins bags, washing up tablets. Little things but it just it’s just something we hadn’t thought of! I went with a group of friends and my 4 month old puppy, we all loved it and my puppy had an amazing time by the beach, thank god he was drained in the evenings! Great location, 10 min cab ride to Poole key, arcades, pubs and some boat trips. Key thing is communication during the break as well, very quick replies and super smooth! All my friends were talking about coming back again, we normally go to centre parcs in the summer but looking at this place ;)
nothing, everything was perfect.

The chalet was perfect, loved the views & beach.
The receptionist was very unhelpful when we asked any questions about the park and what & where do find things, only one word answers, totally didn't want to help!! Needs to do a different job!!
