Lokalizacja - świetna, 3 min. od przystanku tramwajowego linii 2 i 3 daje szybki i łatwy dojazd z i do lotniska oraz do centrum i Portu Lympia. 5 min do marketu Carrefour, 5 min do plaży, 2 min do kawiarni na rogu. Otoczenie - spojone, zadbane. Przestronność i pełne wyposażenie.

Locatia foarte aproape de plaja .Chiar in fata este o statie de metrou .Poti sa ajungi in centru cu metroul sau pe jos in 20 de minute. Apartamentul este dotat cu frigider ,aragaz ,masina spalat rufe , etc. Balconul este cu vedere la curtea interioara.Parcare gratuita.Accesul este imediat dupa farmacie la dreapta dupa care prima la stanga.Cheile de acces in apartament si in garaj le luati de la un magazin din apropiere.
Dormitorul are doua paturi separate.Garajul subteran este foarte stramt .Am reusit sa parchez masina dupa mai multe manevre cu spatele.
