Location great. Warm flat and good living room and kitchen.
No mattress protectors on bed- just sheet on mattress -though mattress looked clean. Absence of window in downstairs bedroom might be issue in warmer weather.

Everything was great. Lovely sized apartment on the ground floor - no stairs to the apartment; the kitchen, 2nd double bedroom and W/C are located in the basement, down a staircase. Refurbished to a high standard with modern kitchen, heating and facilities. The location is superb - Stockbridge is right on your doorstep with great restaurants, shops and bars just 5 mins away. Very comfortable apartment.
The pillows were a bit lumpy, but I’m nitpicking. Everything was great.

Fabulous location in Stockbridge. Nice to be away from the touristy side of Edinburgh and there is a lovely buzz to the area
Main bedroom road facing so it was very noisy at night with people banging on the window as they walked past late at night. Downstairs bedroom in basement so no window and accessed through the kitchen so no means of escape in the event of a fire. Carpets filthy. In need of some maintenance
